this company made $21 million in revenue in the first 6 months of 2005 and a $480,000 profit for the 2nd quarter. and should bring in around $40 million in revenue for 2005. and on top of that, they have $20 million in assets alone and only a market cap of $4 million and only 117 million O/S. insiders hold approximately 50 million of the O/S. GCCP is clearly undervalued IMO. currently trading at .04, just make sure your in when the shorts start covering.-

Global Concepts Completes Third Major Acquisition in Last 10 Months

MONTCLAIR, N.J.--June 8, 2005--Global Concepts (OTCBB:GCCP) announced today that its major French subsidiary Compagnie Logistic Transport Automobile, S.A. (CLTA) completed the acquisition of 100% Societe Lyonnaise d'Affretement et de Transports Europeens (SLATE). This 10-year-old trucking company adds over 70 cars-carriers to CLTA's present fleet of 362 trucks, and increases annuls revenues by over $12 million.

The size of the present truck fleet, and the fact that they are based in 9 terminal locations throughout France prompted the management team, with members in the U.S. and Europe, to get very creative ...and they did. A newly formed and wholly owned subsidiary of Global Concepts is expected to start operations by August 1st. Its name is D.E.M truck services, LLC (DEM), its mission is simply stated. DEM will take control of the entire fleet wherever the units are based, see to their maintenance, purchase all parts, tires and accessories, and lease them back to CLTA. DEM's strategic savings will be passed on to CLTA, who will have better equipment, pay for what it needs and uses, without any of the present time consuming concerns about their most important asset, the trucks that deliver their clients products.

Ed Rodriguez, Global's Chairman and CEO was anxious to be quoted; "The seamless integration of SLATE into our CLTA operations proves once again that our management and operational plans are working. CLTA's CEO, Dominique De Maio, deserves the credit for this as well as for the the team he has put together in less than a year."

"We don't expect to rest on these results, from almost zero revenue to over $50 million in '05, and growing. There is every reason to believe that our annualized run rate can exceed $ 100 million by year end. Our 10Q for the 2nd quarter (period ending 6/30) will be exciting."

there was a warrant issued for 40 million shares to insiders at .05 a share back in april but, since then it was cancelled and ammended to only 25 million shares at a higher PPS of .12 a share. it really doesnt concern me, they would be paying .12 a share, and the current PPS is only .04 a share. if insiders are willing to pay .12 a share, they know the PPS will be significantly higher than .12 the O/S in comparison to the majority of most OTC stocks is still very low. this stock was shorted heavily after the run, im taking advanatge of these low prices while there around. it may dip a little lower but, its still a deal at this pps. this stock is just one PR away from runnin.

On August 14, 2005 Global Concepts agreed with G&H Management, LLC that the warrant issued to G&H Management in April 2005 would be cancelled. The warrant had given G&H Management the right to purchase 40 million shares of Global Concepts common stock at $.05 per share.

On August 14, 2005 Global Concepts issued a warrant to Eduardo Rodriguez and Michael Margolies, which they assigned to G&H Management, LLC. The warrant was issued in consideration of past services by Messrs. Rodriguez and Margolies, who are the officers and directors of Global Concepts. The warrant gives G&H Management the right to purchase 25 million shares of Global Concepts common stock at $.12 per share, which was the market price on the day of grant. The warrant will terminate on July 31, 2008.

name a stock that has a current PPS of .04 and profitability, EPS of .01 a share? nearly all OTC stocks trading below .20 are losing money and this company is turning a profit with the possibility of revenues of $50 million for the year. the stock should be trading at .10-.12 atleast IMO. not often you find an opportunity like this. at .04 a share, its worth the risk to me. PPS could easily triple or quadruple with the right PR and the 3Q report is only 45 days away. GCCP should steadily rise in the next few weeks as we get closer to the third quarter report.

in this reply from Premier funding, they state cornell will be paid off and more acquisitions in the future for GCCP. if cornell is gone, GCCP will see new 52 week highs. cornell is only owed $1.5 million so, its very possible cornell will be gone soon. a PR stating the termination of cornells services would be very significant.-

Reply from Premier funding...

As of the the last SB2 the share count was 109mil I have requested a new nobo(shareloder list) When I have that I will be able to have the most accurate share count the one I have is a week and a half old. I am awaiting it from Mike when I have it I can let you know the exact share count. I do know alot of the selling has been Newbrige Securities who clears through Husdon. I have been trying to bring in buying, but more importantly we have been working on raising capital. Are plan is to get the valuations of the trucks added to the books they are worth20 ml,but have leins of only 8mil which is euity of 12ml. We want to use that to raise 5ml, which will take care of Cornell and fund the aquisitions ED & Mike have been in France pursuing. The auistions will bring in another 200+ trucks. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.

here is my post from the other board below, GCCP is at or near the bottom again and it will run again also. this company is strong fundamentally and still growing. cornell should be taken care of shortly or within the next few months.

when a cornell stock finds the bottom, money can be made, its all about timing. ive caught a couple of these stocks and made good profit off them.

Cornell Stocks that have run recently...

SMTR from .04 to .26
MOBL from .16 to .40
GCCP from .03 to .22
MSSI from .016 to .06

Global Concepts Projects Performance For 2005
Friday January 21, 2005 12:37 pm ET

GARRISON, N.Y., Jan. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Concepts, Ltd (OTC BB:GCCP.OB - News) announced today its projection of revenue for 2005, following satisfactory completion of its acquisition of assets from Trans Cuisinier, will exceed $50,000,000.

The majority of this revenue will come from our recent European trucking acquisitions operating under the name Campagnie Logistic Transportes Automobiles, S.A. (``CLTA''). CLTA, since we took over in September of 2004, has already increased sales by more than 30%. We anticipate positive earnings from this major division in 2005.

Further news will include actual results, and updated projections.

The information in this Press Release includes certain ``forward-looking'' statements within the meaning of the Safe Harbor provisions of Federal Securities Laws. Investors are cautioned that such statements are based upon assumptions that in the future may prove not to have been accurate and are subject to significant risks and uncertainties, including the future financial performance of the Company. Although the Company believes that the expectations reflected in its forward-looking statements are reasonable, it can give no assurance that such expectations or any of its forward-looking statements will provide to be correct. Factors that could cause results to differ include, but are not limited to, successful performances of internal plans, the impact of competitors, and general economic risks and uncertainties.

I Think this might help with some answers, Mitch.

Updated DD as of 10-2-05, For those who are new with GCCP I have tried to put together a time line of History and accomplishments for the Company. There has been much that has transpired in the last couple of months, some good, some bad. I am going to attempt to show the major developments that have taken place. I am not going to pump the Stock, but try to show only facts, and offer opionon. All statisticts will have links to allow for verification of the documents cited. I will also point out the negative aspects of what has transpired. Please do your own DD and do not rely on this post for your investment decisions. I do own several hundred thousand shares of GCCP.

GCCP:Company Profile,

GCCP is a holding company with 5 subsidiaries as well as a rumored trucking acquisition in the immediate pipeline:

Compagnie Logistique de Transports Automobiles ("CLTA"). CLTA is a French corporation headquarted in Chambly, France. Its principal business is warehousing automobiles for Peugeot and Citroen, then completing the final dealer preparation work before the automobiles are delivered. CLTA also performs brake installation and testing of new cars for Peugeot.

GCCP/CLTA then acquired Trans Cuisinier.

GCCP aquired through its CLTA subsidiary 100% of Societe Lyonnaise d'Affretement et de Transports Europeens (SLATE). SLATE is a 10-year-old trucking company specializing in the delivery of new cars to dealerships throughout Europe. The closing is scheduled to take place no later than June 10.
SLATE has annual revenues of $11,500,000, generated by a fleet of 74 car carriers working out of the French cities of Lyon and Bouleville. Daniel Hauville, SLATE founder and sole owner, is joining CLTA as a Vice President, to concentrate on new business development. The SLATE closing PR is at the bottom of this post.

Advanced Medical Diagnostics LLC . Advanced Medical Diagnostics is engaged in the business of manufacturing and distributing the "Advanced Medical Diagnostics HIV (1 & 2) Rapid Test." This diagnostic kit, which we sell for under $5.00, permits an individual to test himself for the HIV virus. Advanced Medical Diagnostics is marketing the kit in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The kit is not approved for sale in the United States or within the European Union.

J&J Marketing, LLC. J&J Marketing is engaged in the business of producing and distributing non-medicated pharmaceutical personal care products under the trademark "Savage Beauty."

Lets start with June of 2004, as prior to this the Company had minimal success, pretty much just a shell company at that time.

On June 3rd 2004, GCCP announced the purchase of AMD, and the ability to offer low cost home HIV test kits. These test kits have a 99% accuracy rate, and can be sold for under 5.00 per kit. This started the rise in share price to reach .44.

There have been several PR's relating to the HIV test Kits and the prospects of sales to other countries, including meeting with the United Nations reps.

On Sep 21 2004, GCCP purchased a 80% interest in J&J marketing "Savage Beauty" a chemical and preservative free skin care products Co. Guidance gives 2 mil annual rev's, and a profit of 635k. PR is no longer available, below is the web site for the Company.

On May 27th 2005, GCCP released the 10Q for the first qrt in 2005, revenues were 9,954,000 for the qrt. Net loss for the qrt was 17,000, the share price was .11 at the time of the realease. The 10Q was released late so a E had been added to the exchange symbol.

On August 4th 2005, GCCP issued a press release that they had hired Premier Funding and Financial Marketing Services.

http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050804/83318.html

On August 11th 2005, GCCP issued a press release that shows the 10Q has a net profit of .01 per share at 483,000 profit for the qrt.

http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050811/83707.html

On August 11th 2005, GCCP issued the 10Q, A new Company had been purchased known as Slate, also a french trucking co. 40,000,000 warrents were authorized for compensation to the CEO's at a rate of .05 per share. The 10Q did confirm the gross and profit numbers of the prior PR. There was a lot of share holder dissatisfaction with the discrepency in the gross revenues from the PR of 15 mil vs the 10Q of 11 mil. The reason for the difference was in the purchase of slate, the CEO included slates revenues which could not be included in that qrt but should be in the next qrt. Also the 40 mil warrents were deemed to be an exsesive amount at to low of a share price. Cornell financing had also been renogotiated with the payments being extended out in time. These issues caused the share price to drop dramaticaly even though the balance sheet was much stronger than before, and a true profit was being made.

http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=global+concepts&CIK=&filenum=&State=&SIC=&owner=include&action=getcompany

On August 15 2005 a S-8 was issued which changed the 40 mil warrents at .05, to 25 mil at .12.

Many people wonder how GCCP is able to purchase these french trucking companies without issuing hundreds of millions of shares, There is a special French program that helps to match buyers with these companies, this information was posted by jaquar to the moon.

Some people out there still wonder how it’s been possible for GCCP to acquire these French trucking co.’s!!!??? The fact is that the French Government has an agency set up to promote French companies to foreign investors. It’s called the Invest In France Agency & GCCP has already acquired 3 companies in France through their services. Following is some dd on this French Govt. agency…you can do much more extensive due yourself by visiting their website but this at least gives you a complete overview of how it all works:

---About the Invest in France Agency---:

The Invest in France Agency is the economic development arm of the French government responsible for promoting the $50-billion annual flow of foreign direct investment into France. Its mission is to help companies find the most profitable and competitive solution in France for their European business goals. In addition to facilitating access to financial and fiscal incentives, Invest in France provides key industry contacts, site selection studies and regulatory information and helps identify potential partners and acquisition opportunities. Services are customized, confidential and complimentary. Invest in France has 32 offices in 22 countries, including North American offices in New York, Chicago and Palo Alto.

The Invest in France Agency offers a range of services to help foreign companies minimize costs and risks associated with future activities. By meeting with executives overseeing the project, IFA identifies the scope of your project, as well as the specifications for an appropriate location and guides you through the site selection process.

What special opportunities are available to foreign investors through the Invest in France Agency?

IFA is kept informed of particular opportunities made available by local communities, or by corporations, who might be in other circumstances reluctant to disclose their excess capacity situation to private interests. These opportunities, which have the potential to significantly reduce initial investment costs, can take the form of pre-existing buildings and/or a trained workforce that is ready to be re-hired and are often accompanied by significant financial assistance.

Ok lets talk about the pro's and con's here.

Con's, CEO makes mistake in PR and overstates a qrt's earnings by 4 mil. CEO's give themselfs 25 mil in warrents, Cornell is involved in some expensive financing. Current chart looks like a mess.

Pro's, GCCP is at a current run rate of profit at .04 per share or 2 million a year (net). There is current work being performed to refinance and get Cornell out of the picture. A audit has just been completed which gives GCCP 12 mil in truck assets (net). These items can be confirmed by calling Kelly Black President of premier Funding. I have confirmed these items with her.

Current OS= 117,237,755

When you look at the accomplishments that this company has made over the time of 1 year it is remarkable, yes there have been some things done that in hind site should have been done differently, but who is perfect?

I am really glad that I took the time to update this history of the company as it has made me think how much longer I will hold my shares before I sell, it sure wont be for a quick double thats for sure.

OK the share price, we are at .036, if you bought at .20 that sucks, but I feel that you will be in the green if you hold. This stock traded * .40 before it had any income, then it went down to the .02's, then it had income and profit and went to .25, now its back down to the .03's. I have been loading up here and averaging down, and feel good about this companies direction. In my opinon the share price has been brought down by a total over reaction to some mistakes by the managment, in the meantime the fundamentals only get better.

There is a saying that in the stock market money changes hands from the impatient to the patient, and I think that is a good example of what is currently going on. I have found that there are not to many 2nd chances in the market, but I feel that we have one right now.

Do your own DD, and if you should find another penny stock that is profitable with 117mil shares out, has 12 mil in net fixed assets, and is selling for under .04 please let me know.

Ya roadrunner, I think we are looking good, there is just so much potential here, this could be a 5-10 bagger in a flash.

.14 would give us a PE of 1, and .10 for the 12 mil net for the trucks. Just based on the money we should be at .14, if we only had a PE of 10, we have a 10 bagger from here.

I believe that we are just now seeing the very start of a reversal here. I am looking for a several week move up from here, with some very strong day moves.

So, is the 3Q over today or in 45 days? You were kind of ambigous about that roadrunner. And when should we expect a PR on 3Q given the past history of financial releases, roadrunner or miller? Unfortunately, I acquired this stock JUST before it went down from ~19 in August. I have grown weary of its downward spiral.

the 3rd quarter ended 9/30 and filing will be out 45 days later. also a response i got back from Premier Funding stated revenues are expected to be inline with the 2nd quarter earnings. which would mean profitable also.

Neptune, I can understand your disapointment from buying then, and seeing things now. The 3q was over last friday. Results will be out in a few weeks. I believe that we will see a new accusition, and new funding prior to the q being released. Have you been able to avg down since the retrace?. I am in deeper in this one with my account than I like to be, but the more I have checked in to things and spoke to key players, I feel real good about it, even though I am overweighted in it. Good luck to you.
