China Direct Trading Corporation (CHDT) announced that it has received an initial purchase order commitment from Complete Power Solutions, LLC of Florida (“CPS”), a distributor of electrical generators, for the shipment of 500 Chinese-made, LP gas-powered, electrical generators over the next 12 months worth a total value between three to five million dollars. China Direct will receive it's initial order for 100 generators this week. China Direct expects the initial order to ship within three to four months, after the generators receive a contractually required Universal Laboratory/UL approval. The 20KW to 50KW generators are designed to run an entire home or business.

DAVIE, FL, Oct 10, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- China Direct Trading Corporation (OTC BB: CHDT) ("China Direct"), a U.S.-Chinese trading company, today announced that, through its China Pathfinder Fund, LLC (CPF) subsidiary, it received an additional purchase order commitment for 400 40kw generators from Complete Power Solutions, LLC of Florida (CPS).
China Direct and CPS recently signed a five-year exclusive agency and distribution agreement, making CPS China Direct's exclusive distributor for generators in the Southeast and Northeast U.S. China Direct now has purchase order commitments for 900 generators over the next 12 months which, if all 900 generators result in consummated sales, then China Direct projects gross generator sales revenues of just over $7,000,000 in fiscal year 2006. China Direct expects to begin shipping generators within three to four months, after the generators receive a contractually-required Universal Laboratory/UL approval. While UL approval is not assured, the Company is not aware of any reason that the Chinese-made generators would not qualify for UL approval. The 20kw to 50kw generators are designed to run an entire home or small business.
CPS, the exclusive supplier for Home Depot in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida, is planning on expanding into the Northeast and Southeast U.S. over the next few months in anticipation of greater consumer demand for back-up energy sources.

idomidd, one of the things i like about this company is that they dont need to spend alot in order to make alot.this company has posistioned its self to make alot due to the generator demand just before the winter season.throw in a few hurricanes and demand goes though the roof.the other thing that i like is that the chinese are always always looking for ways to get into the US markets
China Pathfinder has fouund a way to get into the US market and are a direct competitor to generac.They will be able to sell generators at a fraction of the price.once they become UL listed i feel that large home improvment stores such as home depot and lowes will be buying their products like crazy.chdt stands to capture market share by leaps and bounds.and of course investors that bought in early stand to make a killing.atleast imho
