Q Television Network Looking Out for the Gay Community With Live Coverage of Hurricane Katrina and its Effects on the GLBT Population in New Orleans and Surrounding Areas Monday August 29, 2:05 pm ET
PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Aug. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Q Television Network (Other OTC:QBID.PK - News) looks out for the gay community by broadcasting live from New Orleans, one of the largest GLBT populations in the country. Scott Withers will provide live news updates throughout the day on the devastation and how it affects the GLBT community. Josh Fountain will provide live news reports from Louisiana as the storm moves throughout the state. QTN will provide its audience information on how the hurricane is affecting the GLBT community. Q Television's main focus is providing live updates to let the gay community know how their loved ones are during and after the storm. QTN has set up an email address on its web site, hurricane@Qtelevision.com, where those who are concerned about loved ones can send an email to find out information on those hit by the hurricane. The network will also provide information on charities that are focused on helping the community rebuild from the damage it sustains from this devastating storm.
``QTN is the gay television network that goes where the GLBT community needs us. We aren't trying to compete with other news stations, we want to be there for our audience and help them through this potentially devastating storm. Louisiana is home to one of the country's largest GLBT communities, and Q will be there with continuing coverage of the intensity of the storm, the devastation to the GLBT communities, the reconstruction process, and how those outside of the area can help,'' said Frank Olsen, President, CEO and founder of Q Television Network.

If Frank intended to buy back shares he wouldn't release a PR like this. Instead, this PR would seem to indicate he intends to dilute further. You all mentioned several times about how it would be so horrible for Frank to state the O/S before the audit was completed.
Guess what?HE JUST DID THAT.
Are you going to come back to sensibility anytime soon?
Yes, I'm happy we have a green day for a change, just like I was last time. But I'm not looking for .0019 (like Frank is) I'm looking for .019. Isn't it about time that we, as shareholders, ask Frank to start running QBID like a company and not some daily PR game? Is it really too much to ask Frank to say that not only will there not be a R/S, there will also no longer be any dilution? If he doesn't need the money from dilution cause of the "guaranteed financing" then certainly with this latest acquisition that cut production costs by 70% he could start doing a buyback.

G-Invest. You ignored this, so I'm repeating it. LOL
They don't have any excess capital as long as they are in debt.

(Sorry daytraders. LOL)
Another downside is that it diminishes a company's cash balance, reducing its flexibility should a need for cash arise in the future. That's why, when evaluating whether a share repurchase is a good idea, it's important to understand whether or not the company is truly using excess cash, money that the business doesn't require. http://www.fool.com/news/commentary/2005/commentary05072905.htm

Frank just purchased a studio that cut production costs by 70%, correct? Where is the "guaranteed financing" for that supposed to go if not into increasing the sh!tty stock price? If not a buyback, I want a guarantee the audit will be done by October.

We have been offered a low eight-figure deal for our company, and we refused.
Looks like the pressure is already on for a buyout. Some body tried to buy them at a big discount. Somewhere between 10 to 99 mil.

I'm back (yes they kicked me out) I could take an other name, but thats not me, I stay with the same name as before. Why I came back? In the end it was me who was the clossesd to the truth, If you go look back at some post from me you'll see that I sad that last year Q value was 150 million dollars and that on 1 year time it is impossible that it was gonna be 3-5 billion dollars as some of you were dreaming of, wasn't it me who sad that the totaly GLBT was worth 3- 5 billion and that is wasn't just Q alone? Yeah it was me, You had it all wrong!!!! but everybody makes mistakes, so no prob. I'm happy to see this PR, but I'm still a little bit worried about what King Crimson sad yesterday(page 2) because noboddy could give him an answer of you guys (I've no doubt that Q's a good company) just wanted to say that you had it all wrong and I was the clossesd to the truth (the most realistic one)

Oh really? I think it makes perfect sense. Many of you are blindly putting faith in Frank. But you're certainly free to feel that way: I don't.

I feel bad that g-invest and Jonas have nothing else going on in thier life that they have to get online and pump themselves up by dissing stocks and getting in fights. I have never met two bigger morons... You guys should start a comedy act. You wouldn't even need jokes. Just state your opinions because they are funny enough!
So I am done talking to them because it isn't worth my time.
