I just got a news flag on this on my APEX so some news is out but the only place I found anything new is in a K8 that was just released! Keep your eye open this chart is way down and could pop if the news is good!
On July 1, 2005 Global Concepts purchased the capital stock of Societe Financiere Hauville, a French corporation. Societe Financiere Hauville is a holding company that owns 99.9% of the capital stock of Societe Boullevillaise de Transports, a French corporation, and 99.6% of the capital stock of Societe Lyonnaise d'Affretement et de Transports Europeens, a French corporation ("SLATE").
Societe Boullevillaise de Transports is engaged solely in the business of providing employees to SLATE. SLATE operates a fleet of 78 car-carriers from nine terminals throughout France. The fleet is utilized in the distribution of newly-manufactured vehicles. 85% of SLATE's revenues are obtained under contracts with two companies that distribute Peugeot and Citroen automobiles. SLATE earns the remaining 15% of its revenues by acting as a sub-contractor to other auto distributors.
Global Concepts purchased Societe Financiere Hauville from Daniel Hauville. Prior to the acquisition, there was no relationship between Global Concepts and Mr. Hauville.
Global Concepts agreed to pay Mr. Hauville a total of 700,000 Euros (approximately $840,000) for Societe Financiere Hauville. 100,000 Euros were paid immediately. 200,000 Euros are due on each of December 31, 2005, March 31, 2006 and June 30, 2006. Global Concepts also agreed to cause the loans made by Mr. Hauville to SLATE to be satisfied by payment of 50,000 Euros on September 30, 2005 and 50,000 Euros on December 31, 2005.

So is this July 1 purchase new news? I've never heard of it so far, and I've been in a while. I'm looking for this thing to rebound-it's undervalued. Is this the "good news" you are talking about, or is it something not out yet?

That info that was posted is not new news. They issued a PR about the SLATE deal on 6/08/05. This was just the 8-K filing showing the terms of the deal.
There is a new aquisition in progress and a PR is expected this week conerning it.
I don't know why the stock is down this much. Could be some people holding a ton of shares from the .03-.05 range taking profits. No matter what the reason, this still seems way undervalued.
The OS is only 99,116,429 and the company should hit $50 million in revenues this year.

Huge potential here...Buying OP, just got in at .07...starting to run, it may have bottomed here. Was Above .20 a week or two ago and nothing has changed for the worse except the price :-)

It was necessary in order to grow the company to where it is now. You can't go from 10,000 loss and almost no operations to 15 million in revenue in a quarter without issuing stock in order to acquire companies or pay back debt which was lent in order to acquire their new profitable CLTA. On August 14, 2005 Global Concepts agreed with G&H Management, LLC that the warrant issued to G&H Management in April 2005 would be cancelled. The warrant had given G&H Management the right to purchase 40 million shares of Global Concepts common stock at $.05 per share.
Also, the possible shares to Cornell financing will not be able to be traded until at least Jan 1st, 06. In my opinion, they will just pay it off with their cash instead in order to benefit everyone. The new investments of SLATE and TTAM are going to payoff bigtime.
