HISC is at 7 cents right now and going nasdaq very soon.
This homeland security company is very hooked up to get the big government contracts and are well on their way. Won't be long now, this stock is ready to run like a rocket.

read the PR again. Nasdaq Bulletn Board ie OTCBB instead of Pink Sheets.
