How can the SEC allow something like this, there has to be something against a company who does this. I mean that is why the SEC was formed in the first place is it not?

I would like to know if Alex gets up in the morning and truely thinks that what he is doing is legit and the very best thing for the company, or if he wakes up in the morning and looks in the mirror and smiles because he knows that what he is doing isn't right but he is able to get away with it, so why not?

Either he is an idiot or one of the most dishonest Crooked Ceo's out there. lets have a vote, idiot or Crook. I vote he is just a conniving Crook that is no different from someone running a telephone scam

I'm thinking class action law suit here. What is the legal term for what Alex has been doing?

If any of you ever asked, "Can it get any worse?" I think we see our answer. It won't be long to the .000's and I'm still hanging on because I'm downright stubborn about this "less or nothing" adventure.

I think everyone should start contacting the SEC personally. If we all complain, they might do something.

I got a return email from alex about the price drop and lack of solid news.

Alex replied: I will try to buy stock and disclose it this week, and we will have material news early in the week.

More lies from Alex. It's clear he is selling shares back. I'm also sure his material news will be more lies...

I urge anyone who has lost money to go to the SEC website and take a minute or two to file a complaint. I cant say it will do any good but I can say that if we do nothing things will only get worse.

Alex is gonna fill on SEC papers to buyback shares and on IBC radio he said he will not sell a share during the next year. Now dilution is a different animal then selling personal shares. This may provide the oppritunity to get out of WTVN with minimal losses.

Alex has not done anything illegal. He has the right to add shares and r/s split as many times he wants. If the investors didn't fall in love with the stock so much they could of gotten out with huge profit by playing the dips. Instead everyone got greedy and Alex took the KY jelly looked at it and passed on using it as he pulled everyone's pants down.

I don't understand how investors could see dilution as a good thing. You should of seen it coming.Everyone wanted to hit a grand slam homerun but you got caught at the plate with the bat on your shoulder.

CEO's like ALEX are just like us. Look at NWPO. The CEO of that company is making alot of good news. If a CEO cared about his members he would make sure he did everything as quick as possible so his shareholders can stay in the stock and attract new buyers. When a stock has 1 good PR and then rumor rumors rumors people sell sell sell and the price goes down down down.
CEO have tons of money so they make a company. Put out shares. We buy then they diluate diluate some more we buy then r/s. That's what makes trading OTC s dangerous.

I will follow your picks..

Actually, his actions aren't necessarily legal (or illegal). As a fiduciary he has to take actions in the best interest of the company and its owners (the shareholders). Certainly, he has not acted in such a manner to bring criminal charges, but a civil case is much different.

Possible causes of action include:

breach of duty of loyalty
wasting of corporate assets
self-dealing
potentially, insider trading

Well, we're in the midst of another lackluster WTVN week. Stock is down .006 from Friday's close, and DOMS is on the b/a @ .012 x .014.

ok gents. I'm totally out of this stock and have promised myself to never return.

To date, I've lost about 4k here. It is my biggest looser of the year.

Even if this looks to turn around, I'm really going to try to stay away. I have huge issues with this company's fundamentals, model, and management.

It's a train wreck waiting to happen -- again, and again, and again. We are two weeks out of a 200 to 1 share reversal. Share value was at 0.10, and you see where it rests today. The PR's generally turn out to be a lot of fluff, and zero substance. Take for example today's "big news" of a new office. That has been in the public spectrum for nearly two months now.

From my perspective, shareholders alone are funding this company's expenditures -- and they are a plenty, especially the owners 800k a year salary. I do hope you didn't get into this for very much because there are plenty of good folks out here who have lost thousands and thousands of dollars.

Does that answer your questions?

Invested almost 2500$ end of june before The R/S (1,600,000 shares)... Today I still have only 8,000 shares after the R/S... It's worth 100$ !!!
This is a piece of crap, nothing else. Investing now in ICMH will soon make me forget about this one loser.

DVDTEKNO, sorry about your loss. I had been publishing since mid May that this was a piece of ****, I hope listen to me and got out.

I too was a sucker and bought at .0016 it went down to .0006 and I thought man I lost big. I went back home for a funeral and did not have much of time to check on stocks. One day I had for the first time some free time and log on to my etrade and saw that it went up to .0022 It was dropping and I sold at .0017, the rest is history.

From the moment they released their website I knew it was a scam or a company that really has no idea on what they are doing.

Constantly I told about how poor and sad this company was. CPTNEMO kept saying buy buy, it will be coming up soon, why would you tell people buy buy buy when it keeps dropping every day? makes no sense.

If you have $100 left, I'll recommend I say again recommend... it's your call.

SSTY - wait for it to settle down read its thread

XRYM - going high

HISC - wait until it settle between 4-6 another big run coming.

A litle more expensive

BRVO and NWPO

We need to do our best to keep this a *Page One* thread because I would hate to see other potential investors dump their money unaware of the history this company. A quick review...

KANA --> KKRS --> KKRW --> WFTV --> WTVN

"Our common stock commenced trading on the OTC Bulletin Board(R) under the symbol "KANA" on November 26, 1997. On August 2, 1999 we changed our symbol to "KKRS." On December 7, 2001, our symbol changed to "KKRW" in connection with
a 1-for-20 reverse split of our common stock.
...taking into account the 1-for-20 reverse common stock split that occurred on December 7, 2001.." http://viavid.tenkwizard.com/filing.php?repo=tenk&ipage=1869850&doc=1&total=330&source=143

"Despite its ability to shamelessly promote itself in its numerous press releases Kanakaris Wireless (KKRS) has been in a steady freefall..." http://www.streamingmedia.com/newsletter/view.asp?date=041701

"OUR STOCK PRICE IS SUBJECT TO SIGNIFICANT VOLATILITY, WHICH COULD RESULT IN SUBSTANTIAL LOSSES FOR INVESTORS AND LITIGATION AGAINST US..." http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1066624/000115752303002125/a4402266.txt

All that's missing here is commentary about the most recent 1 for 200 Reverse Split less than two weeks ago.

your lucky that's all you lost!!! I was going for a big one but it back fired. Wouldn't have stung so much if I didn't loose it because of R/S and Dilution, but I guess that is the name of the game here !!! Time to regroup with the little that I have and try to build up again.

I'm out, happy to be out, and hopeful for those that stayed in that you will get your money back but no way I am tossing any more money at this crook, he will continue robbing as long as he is allowed and if he isn't diluting the stock now, HE WILL. I hope you are right and this goes way up and those that are left can make their money back, I am on to bigger and better companies
