V-Net Beverage, Inc. Changes Name to RushNet, Inc. Friday July 1, 2:09 pm ET
BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 2005--The Board of Directors of V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VNTB - News), a Nevada Corporation, announced today it has approved a name change amendment to its Articles of Incorporation. To wit, V-Net Beverage, Inc. is renamed RushNet, Inc.
The new CUSIP number for RushNet, Inc. is 782074 10 8.
A new pink sheet stock trading symbol will soon be announced.
These changes will be automatically applied for stockholders who hold shares of V-Net Beverage, Inc. in "street name" in their brokerage accounts.

RushNet, Inc. Expands Western U.S. Sales Force

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Jul 05, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VNTB.PK) is pleased to announce the company has appointed one of the largest wholesale distributors of natural/organic foods to sell RushNet licensed beverages in the Western United States. In addition, the company has granted Nationwide Beverage Bottling Corp. of Corona, California (NBVB.PK) the rights to sell Ginseng Rush(TM) and Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) to Nationwide's accounts, which includes most of the major grocery retailers in the West.

RushNet Declares New Stock Symbol (RSHN) Friday July 8, 9:38 am ET Mandatory Share Exchange
BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 2005--The Board of Directors of RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN.PK - News) announced today its stock will trade on the pink sheets under the new symbol RSHN, effective start of trading July 8th, 2005. Personally I have accepted this as a longer time hold now. I still see the huge potential but I dont see it jumping back up to levels many of us got in at very soon.
