Yes, he certainly has my attention. The only problem is that he has very few posts on this board and has absolutely no credibilty as far as being accurate in the past. I have checked into his claims and they are simply not true. NOTHING has led me to believe that WYSK has anything to do with fox ir, except, that wysk hired them to do some PR for them. Without PR all penny stocks would fall by the wayside because no one would ever hear about them. I understand this guy lost his shirt, but that is precisely why it is dangerous to buy stocks over $1 unless they are established companies. Many of the great penny stocks on this board were at $1 at some point and then they fell to pennyland. That is exactly when investors like myself look for, a fallen star, that has a decent chance of regaining its position at $1 or above. WYSK has the chance, and if not I will walk away after a few months and take a small loss.

Is FO2 still around here, I was wondering what his take was on the allegations made by Casper? I only ask because your word seems to carry a lot of weight around here.
SEATTLE, WA, Jul 28, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Wysak Petroleum (WYSK) announces the purchase of an additional Powder River Basin Federal Oil & Gas Lease. The Lease is located in Western Crook County, Wyoming, along the eastern side of the Powder River Basin.
This property furthers Wysak Petroleum's long-term goals of asset accumulation in its core focus area, the Powder River Basin. Additional properties will be scrutinized by Wysak for future potential acquisition in this highly proven region and in other areas of the U.S. Midwest.
Wysak Properties
This is the fourth Powder River Basin property acquisition for Wysak Petroleum Inc. Wysak's other Wyoming leases include one in the Bighorn Basin region and another in the Green River Basin. Numerous large petroleum and exploration firms operate nearby all these properties; they include Williams Gas (WMB) (http://www.williams.com/), ExxonMobile (XOM) (http://www.exxonmobil.com/corporate) and Duke Energy (DUK) (http://www.duke-energy.com) among others.
About Wyoming Oil & Gas and CoalBed Methane (CBM)
Wyoming State has billions of dollars in proven oil and gas reserves. In 2002, Wyoming ranked second in the U.S. in proved reserves of natural gas and seventh in proved reserves of crude oil. Collectively over 26,000 wells produced 54.7 million barrels of oil and 1.75 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. Proved reserves of natural gas were at an all time high of 18.4 trillion cubic feet, while proved reserves of crude oil were 489 million barrels.
Reserves of CBM in the Powder River Basin are estimated at 31.8 trillion cubic feet. Nearly 100 wells are being drilled each week, and the gas companies say the entire 8 million-acre basin could have 50,000 to 100,000 producing wells before they are finished. This is the largest onshore natural gas play in North America within the last ten years.

Unfortunatley that clown shooting his mouth off about it being a scam probably scared people away. I spent two full days making sure, and I am convinced the guy is full of ****. The truth is, it is in the exploration phase, so to keep overhead down , they keep a low profile. But, the company is starting to build its self up and I think it is ready for a HUGE breakout.

I spoke to a representative from Fox IR Friday and the outstanding shares is still at 54 million and change. The authorized shares is 100 million.
I requested a copy of the corporate bylaws and certificate of incorporation, just to see if I could get a little more info about the company.

There is also another round of lease auctions coming up during august! I would expect that they would be buying some more!

Looks like the energy players have finally found this one. Increasing volume and steady rise over past week. Technicals strong, could use a PR on the August lease auction to attract some attention.

I hope WYSK makes all you guys a lot of money. I'm not bashing at all. But I do a lot of reading on peak oil. The problem with oil shale is that it takes more energy to extract the oil than you get from it. Oil shale gives you negative returns. Maybe that won't matter to investors. Everyone is looking for a promising petroleum company to invest in right now with the current crisis. As long as the PPS keeps climbing you're going to make money. But, I wouldn't expect to hear about WYSK turning into a major oil exporter anytime soon. Good Luck guys.

This is obviously a speculative company, but they do not represent themselves as simply an oil shale company. They have leases in oil, oil sand, and natural gas producing regions. Some of the majors are producing on sites in the vicinity of Wysaks properties. They claim to be exploring hydroelectic possibilities in Tajikistan, and wind energy farms here in the U.S. as well [wait and see on those claims]. The real value, IMO, is in the value of their wyoming properties w/an increasing price of oil.
Obviously they aren't going to be pulling cheap LS Crude out of these sites, but the higher price of oil is what makes these more difficult sites appealing now. No one should expect them to be a major oil exporter, but with a market cap of less than $3 million it doesn't take a perfect batting average on all these properties to make a big move.
I like the chart, the risk/reward, and the sector. There are so many of these types of companies taking off for at least a trade, I just feel this one has been overlooked and ready for a run.

A flood of small buy orders at the opening today. Was this one featured somewhere overnight? Can't find any news.
