IMO, QBID is "easy target" for buy-out and Frank is an excellent seller.
No national network trading under $1.00. I would never forget that !

Since QBID is targeting a huge untapped market of $600 billion and 30mil gay population, I would consider it's a national TV network. It will become an international network as well with the direction it's going...

IMO, I would not rule out Viacom buy-out rumor. Buy-out has been Viacom's profession and Viacom was at least once Frank's client.
The big question is where all the huge $$$$ behind QBID comes from and why this pink sheet start-up could attract famous people to join their team ??? Bashers should slap their dirty mouth every time they label QBID a "scam".
Actually bashers are flippers/day-traders who try to make the daily bread and they'll struggle with that dirty game until the end of their life while long investors enjoy their early retirement in glory...

interesting tidbit that makes me wish i worked for O network...

who says Oprah roots for the underdog? HA!

NY Post today, Page Six:

April 12, 2005 -- OPRAH Winfrey surprised 100 editorial and advertising staffers of O, The Oprah Magazine, by giving them $5,000 bonuses on Sunday night. The talk show queen, celebrating the fifth anniversary of her vanity mag at the Park Avenue penthouse of Hearst Magazines president Cathie Black, told her grateful underlings: "I figured I would give you five things you could really use." Best of all, the bonuses were tax-free. Winfrey was criticized last year when, after she gave away 276 cars to an audience of her show, the winners discovered they had to fork over $7,000 in taxes to keep their $28,500 Pontiac G-Sixes.

56 million sold at 27 after hours....

I still believe that the MM's will slowly push this down lower. I have firmly decided to buy back in if it gets to 25. I will get back my 3mill and then some....

As far as the buy out rumors... I don't buy them..at least not yet anyway. Viacom I believe, wont touch Q until they have all the dirty shell problems taken care of. Why would they buy something that could come back and bite them in the butt.... unless of course, they make a low ball offer to accept the liabilities that come along with Q as it is right now. That is what typically happens in every buyout I have been a part of. The buyer estimates how much money it will take to clean up the mess and they chop that right off the fair market value of the company.

I honestly would not want viacom to do the buy out just yet, but that is just my opinion. I want the viacom buy out to occur after Q cleans everything up and maybe moves off the pinks.... then we will be getting primo value for our shares!

7k is pretty good for a new car or unload it and recoup the cash. Use the cash to buy more Q shares LOL! There is always an angle to everything.Just depends how creative you want to be.

It may be possible a lot of clean up has been completed.Because of no reporting, we will never know.

Wouldn't getting off the pinks mean we will have to reverse, and lose many of our shares? for the price to really go up.
There are way , way to many shares out there. I am all for the Q, and really believe it will work out. People post that they bought 10 mill or whatever and think great, this puppy goes to 1 dollar and yippie. The way the market looks it still seems like maybe .10 is the max it will go to.
I also want to see it reach .50 or 1.oo or more, but being realistic to probably won't. Not trying to be negative, just trying to be real.
I wouldn't mind if we get bought out for even .20 and the shareholders sell at that.

No we would not have to reverse. To get onto the otcbb we would just have to start reporting.

If we want to get onto Nasdaq we're either going to need a reverse or a huge buyback of some sort. On that market they require a certain price. I believe for a small cap we'd need to list at $5 and then later on maintain a price above $1. Matt

Hello, my name is xxxxxx and I am a firefighter and small business owner in NY. I have been following the updates and information on the Equality Forum website and I am extremely excited about it. I wanted to ask you a question about the Sponsors list on the website. It seems it has not been updated since December. I am trying to find out if Q Televsion will be a sponsor and if they will be involved in the Equality Forum. I have seen the commercials for the Equality Forum on Q Television and was wondering if Q Television will be filming at the event. thank you!

Thanks for this post. I sent an email to Richard Brown a few weeks ago asking why we were not a sponsor and did not get a reply. this does answer my question.

Hi Fly,

Congratulations, great time to buy!

It's so very quiet and suspenseful--for now.

In the meantime,

my husband told me that we were going some place

expensive tonight so we headed to the gas station.

Where is Airdoo tonight? He, he.

I am off to see My Doctor, but I have a question
for all of you Experts. Sooner or Later Q is going to Burst, I don't see it going down the
tubes. None of us, no matter how much dd is done
really knows what the final outcome will be.
My question is: Are we looking at a couple of
months, > 6 months, < 12 months > 12 months.
My Gut feeling is: Sooner than anticipated
Help me out
Obrigado,
Ricardo
