I have a sell order placed for 3 mill @ 0.003 and they are not taking it.......

My gut instinct is telling me that it will slowly drop back down to the low 2's..... There is no pending news coming short term to keep the stock at this price... GMGA is not until 6/1, Pride will not finalize for weeks, news from the NCTA will only be about contacts... no new contracts happen that fast... IMHO, we are still WEEKS away from any BIG news! I am still holding 2 mill of my core position, and I will look to add when it gets back below 24!

I have been wondering about that too. Guess we all are waiting for news. Too bad I have very little patience.

Found this quote recently. It might explain some of the negative comments posted on this thread recently.

"Learn the art of patience. Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness, and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success."

Father
Hope you are wrong about the price dropping that much, but you've explained your actions very logically. Thanks for sharing, and good luck.

I "probably" won't sell any shares yet unless I think I can get out and back in before the next price spike. Unfortunately, I keep missing the dips and spikes, proof of my confused mind.

bottom...

I see it this way..... if it stays where it is, then next week when some of my other plays go up with the cash I freed up here, I am still ahead when I buy back in....

However, the charts all are pointing for a drop in pps, without that spectacular PR. Even if in only drops to 27, I can get 10% more shares which is 300,000.... like I said before, I am holding 2 mill core shares and will ahve some fun playing some other stocks... like DDSI... its charts look great in comparison!

Suz....

refer back to what I posted yesterday (posted below).... I clearly stated that if it fell below 30, then I would sell a portion. As soon as the bid dropped to 29, I placed my sell order for 30, and it finally took.....And right now, the ask has dropped to 30, so I essentially can get right back in at the same price. As I have stated, I am holdling a core position of 2 million shares and will try and bank some extra dough so I can put it back into Q when I think it will start a run back up. I would like nothing better than to see that grand slam pr, at which time I would probably get out of some of my other things and buy right back in!

I was hoping for some good news today, and when it didn't come, I saw it as an opportunity to get more shares by swinging a portion of my holdings. The huge "sell-off" yesterday reminded me too much of the last time we saw the big sells and it dropped from ~ 29 down to 17........You are absolutely correct in that I am banking on a similar fate! I am in NO WAY bashing this stock, I have only clearly stated my opinion on what I see in reading the technical charts! Nothing more... nothing less!

The huge "sell-off" was nothing more than mirror sells by the MM's to shake some sells.....I keep asking myself this:

1) Why didn't they drop the bid for such a huge sell?
2) The company acknowledges that they had nothing to do with this, so we know there is no dilution, do who would of sold 400million shares?
3) If the MM's were "stocking up" for a future run (which I believe they are), then by mirroring the sells, they caused some to panic and thus we saw additional sells throughout the remainder of the day and they dropped the price further because the buyers were scared off thinking that it will drop further!
4) The MM's know what the charts look like, and thier actions produce the results that we see! The chart is appearing to begin to go back down (MACD is flatlined on the high side and will begin to fall back down absent some GOOD news).

With all this being said, I will watch tomorrow and if it falls below 30, then I will be selling and waiting for the low 20's again which will probably come by the end of next week! Selling at 30 and repurchasing at 20 gives me 50% more for the longer term!

had to go out for a while. just got back. looks like mm`s having a hard time finding sellers, way to go longs! indicators are up @ 0031 and 0039 looks good so far. volume is ok for no news, lots of buys at 003 may see 31-32 buy end of day or not! dont matter to me none, our day IS comming. so hold tight and dont fall prey to pessimism understandable though it may be. i for one belive we will make it! if you are looking for an excuse or validation to justify selling for a loss dont look at me, i can afford to lose my entire investment though i dont belive i will, if i do you wont see me crying about it on this board. resistance is futile, success is inevitable. i dont understand investors in this stock posting opinions on negative price movement based in part on lack of expected prs.most of the prs we have seen lately came without any advanced notice. this as most pinks seems to move best on anticipation of news not the news itself as we longs have seen with qbid, reading between the lines can be as exciting as a good pr and move or stabilize the price just as much,as for basing future price movement on charts it is for most pink sheet stocks questionable at best. of course we all have our own method of investing and every one is free to post their thoughts, for myself i take everything i read here with a grain of salt, however i do value all views possitive and negative. i will continue to make my own investment decisions but every point of view and all opinions are welcome wether i agree with them or not. thank you and GLTA p.s. opinions dont require an explantion read them accept them, read them ignore them the choice is yours, no need to argue its only stock!

Father, of course you posted a detailed explanation of your proposed sell yesterday.

It just seems like the same thing happened weeks ago--hated to, but said that you were going to sell around .0027 or something lower.

Then when someone asked how to swing on such a tight spread and as the pps went up, you posted that you didn't really ever sell your shares.

You left the board about the time some of those newbies hatched. Then after they left, reappeared to drop a few short hopeful remarks after the last little run just as we started stepping down.

Now it's time for the charts again, for your logic and more importantly--your detailed trading strategies.

With your competence and skill, you should have sold around .004.

Of course, if that is the case, you would need to get back in under .0030, wouldn't you?

Last time, you said one thing, but you did something completely opposite.

For those new to the board...do not ever make any decisions based on any member's post--especially my posts! [Wink]

I bought at .0024 and sold at .0045 the day of the bounce.

I intend to seriously load up on QBID at .0024 again, and probably hold on for a bit longer of a ride next time.

I'm already refilling my position in MLXO.

Besides, the Dateline story on Naked Short Selling happens this April 10th. Public and government pressure is building on the hedge funds to let some of these stocks go. They've already got their accumulation, now they have to cover.

suz... you are absolutely correct.... I said that I was going to sell last time... but I didn't! The price fell too fast and I didn't pull the trigger. I should have sold and doubled my position.

FYI... during the last run I sold 120k @ 0.0041 for $400 so that I could have fun and plya other stocks. I have since traded that to $3000....my 120k shares sold are roughly equal to 1million qbid.

If you have been following my posts and threads, you would see that I am more of a tech chart trader than a swing momentum "catch the run" trader. I see qbid at the start of a downturn and I am going to play it this time. For stated reasons above, I believe (In my own opinion), that this will be going down some more....now that it has fallen below the 20dma, the MACD is trending down, the stochs are trending down, the rsi is falling, support at 29/30 was broken.... I see this dropping back down to the 20-22 level!

Believe me when I say that if the "big" news PR came out tomorrow, I would be buying at whatever price even if it were higher than my .003 sell point.

I will still cheerlead this and hope that it turns around quickly since I have 2 million shares still in my bank. IN the meantime, I am going to have some fun trading some other stocks while I wait for my buy in point!

I state them in the interests of full disclosure, unlike others on this board. By stating a buy and sell, even if it changes, I don't look like a pumper. Originally, I bought several weeks ago at .0024 and sold at .0045.

I believed the .0029 to be the wall, and it held up today, but with the Dateline story being delayed yet again (just heard this today, not yesterday when I made that post), I can see MMs pushing this as far south as they want to. Either way, I intend to accumulate at .0024.

If the .0029/.0030 bid holds as the new bottom, then I won't be accumulating and I'll have to live knowing I missed my chance.

I do know that with QBID the PR days seem to be Monday/Tuesday. With that in mind, there's a long ways to go to hit .0024 and especially a long way to go to hit .0019. But then again, this is all just my opinion.

As a technical guy myself, yes, I am not missing the 2 month/daily MACD that would indicate this is due for a downswing. I don't think it'll get nearly as low as it did last time, and consider my buy in .0024 (from last time) as a good bottom this time around.

The problem that I have with continuing to play this on technicals is that Pridevision just delayed the rolling out of their new OutTV, there's been recent pressure on the SEC and DTCC regarding naked short selling by hedge funds from congree, and the Oxygen airings are going to happen as soon as April 14th (that's next Thursday!).

I find it hard to believe that the fall from .0035 to .0017, which took more than a week, can be accomplished before another fairly significant PR comes out.

If anything, I find it *more* likely that .0029 or so is the new bottom and that it might rise steadily a penny or so back to .0034 before Thursday of next week. Even with a fru-fru PR on Monday/Tuesday next week. Then, the Friday or Monday PR may have the estimated # of viewers, and we might shoot up another .0010 or so from there.

Am I sounding insane here? [Smile] I'd really like to get other's opinion's on this.

g-invest...

not insane at all... and maybe my prediction of low 20's is off base....but it is the next level of support that I see.....

I also have been around long enough to know that if a big juicy PR is about to be released, the MM's usually will try to drop it down big time and really fast to shake out every last share that they can....I see this happening again in the next week or two, just like when it was dropped down to 17 and then it shot right back up!

I too would be very happy with buying back in at 0.0024....at that point I get my 3 mill back and pocket $2800...or of course, I could pick up 3.75 mill!

FatherOfTwo, I'm sorry to hear you sold today. I just hope you stick around even when you're not holding shares of QBID. I enjoy your posts and chart analysis. I also respect the fact that you don't turn into a basher before you buy back in (which is often seen on message boards). Please don't stop posting on this thread. It's a pleasure to have you here.

Question: Why does everyone always say the MM's drop the price real low and fast before a pr. I highly and seriously doubt that QTN would ever release a pr to the MM's before us or at least tell them it's coming. Matt

Matt, doesn't matter to me.
There will be traders and investors.
Investor here and accumulating.
I also don't invest what I can't afford to loose.
If I loose it, that is my decision.

It is quite a ride.

I still have 2 million shares..... so I am still in this boat..... I will continue to post and I will be buying back in BIG....If it drops down to the mid 20's or lower (and my others do as I expect), I figure I can pick up at least 5 million more! My goal is 10 million shares, which gives me $300K at 0.03!!!!!!!! I can pay off the house, cars and take a nice vacation! That is what I want!

It is funny now how I view everything in shares of Qbid....

CNES @ 0.01 = 2.5 million qbid
DDSI @ 0.0013 = .5 million qbid
PTSN @ 0.001 = 1.25 million qbid
$10 lunch = 4000 shares qbid......
=)

In penny land you must watch out for social engineers for they can tell the future by knowing and manipulating human nature [Smile] They come in all shapes and sizes, they're hiding behind every bid and every message board. They may even be a respected poster(NOT trying to point fingers)

Lose attention for a second and your $ is now their money. They're smarter then you. Big money in pennies, big money brings big brains. Taking sheep to the slaughter. Dont bleat or you may not wake up tomorrow [Big Grin]

"Harmlessly passing your time in the grassland away;
Only dimly aware of a certain unease in the air.
You better watch out,
There may be dogs about
I've looked over Jordan, and I have seen
Things are not what they seem.

What do you get for pretending the danger's not real.
Meek and obedient you follow the leader
Down well trodden corridors into the valley of steel.
What a surprise!
A look of terminal shock in your eyes.
Now things are really what they seem.
No, this is no bad dream."

As I was getting ready to shut it down for the night.. I had one thought....

I know that others have questioned where Frank was getting the cash for the 60 day road show which could be quite expensive, especially for accomodations and travel, but, who are the two main sponsors of Q? Orbitz and AmericaWest.....

Is it possible that Frank negotiated "vendor" discounts for the crew to attend these events?????? When I used to work for an Oil & Gas company, the cruise lines that we supplied fuel to would give us upto 75% off advertised fares for cruises..... I am sure that Orbitz can get killer deals on hotel rooms and AW surely could give a ride to a couple gay celebs!!!!

Anyway.. g'nite to all the nite owls...!

OUTtv LAUNCH DELAYED TO APRIL 12TH
SHAW CABLE AND BELL EXPRESSVU AT AN IMPASSE to DISTRIBUTE GAY CHANNEL

TORONTO, (Canada), April 7, 2005 – The OUTtv launch originally scheduled for today has been delayed to April 12th due to technical problems from digital cable and satellite providers and not from the network. This launch extension will also give OUTtv more time to come to terms with Shaw Communications and Bell ExpressVu. Negotiations have been difficult and are at an impasse as both carriers are refusing to distribute OUTtv in an appropriate manner. Agreements have been made with the remaining cable and satellite carriers including Rogers, Cogeco, Videotron and the independents. The CRTC is currently processing complaints submitted by OUTtv to assist in removing these impasses. Shaw and Bell ExpressVu are both required by law to carry OUTtv as a Category 1 programming service.
