13m traded today. Anyone got a feel for this large volume? Peaked at .09 on 25th feb - .012 today.

There are many believers in this stock out there (me included), and the volume is people loading up before this thing runs. Currently, the company is in a "news blackout" period so I would not expect a big push until this is over--approx. 30 days. I have buying on evedry dip I can.
Originally I bought 35,000 shares of this at .008; I shedded about 20,000 shares at .055, and are riding 15,000 free shares plus another 20,000 that I have picked up at various dips.

it seems a similar pattern to the last time they had news. would you expect news before the 30 days are up? Volume today was very high - espec in the am.

Any news would come from an outside source, which could happen, but usually it is helpful to have the company helping out on this.
The following headline is what sent this through the roof, but impatient investors have decided to sell off, despite the fact that the company said not to expect any news until they are done with the public filings. Once this process is over this will run hard again...maybe not as high as .09, but it will run, and perhaps even higher.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb 25, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Pink Sheets:WFTV) announced today that it has secured commitments for another $2 million in convertible debt financing on February 25, 2005, bringing the total of such financing to $2.3 million since December 30, 2004. On December 30, 2004 the Company received $300,000 in convertible debt financing. As a use of the financing proceeds, Wi-Fi TV Inc. (the "Company") has retained legal counsel, accountants and an auditor with the intent of becoming a "fully reporting" company and applying to regain its former OTC Bulletin Board listing.
The Company anticipates that it will receive a traunch of $300,000 within a few days and monthly traunches of $100,000 thereafter, which with expenses will total $2.0 million dollars upon completion of the funding. The investment, from an institutional investor, is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933. The investment agreements will be included as attachments to the Company's periodic reports, when filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
The Company anticipates making current filings with the SEC within approximately ninety days, applying for its OTC Bulletin Board listing and maintaining a "fully reporting" status thereafter. While its ability to meet that schedule depends on a number of factors, many that are beyond its control, the Company has taken steps to achieve this objective. In the meantime, it is adopting a "news blackout" policy until the public filings are made, during which time it will make very few, if any, additional public statements.

Yeah this is turning into a predictable swing play....Malloy, have you looked at AXAI at all, and if so, what do you think. I think there is 13 mm's on this one and they have destroyed this stock lately (since the Reverse Split). I have posted a little on this one but have gotten very little feedback except for--watchout for the stocks that RS. To me, every stock has an "intrinsic" value, and despite its history, every stock will become attractive at some point; I believe AXAI is at that point, and I have continued to accumulate shares at the .001-.002 range.

tic_toc, what big bad things u think are coming? im interested in buy in this company but im a little hesitant, i bought at .017 and sold at .08 back in feb. i want to get in again but im a little afraid it wont happen again.

Its just my speculation. I dont know for sure. All I know is that the people running WFTV have been in trouble with the SEC before for securities violations. Its all there on the SEC site. Leopards and spots and all that.
You did nice there selling at 08! You can probably play it again if you watch it. I just wouldnt go long.

JUst be patient, this thing will make small runs up until then, but it won't break through...i'm not sure how the SHO list would be beneficial..

just shows how the mm's have been manipulating the stock and they only have a few days to cover the shares they have shorted...should be a very good short term gain!!

Gotchya, I can see the potential there. I hope you are right Iago, but the feb high was .09, that is a pretty steep climb without some serious news to push this...it is possible for news to get leaked out in some other fashion...let's hope.
