Raven Moon Receives $5.5 Million in Equity Financing to Complete 40 Episodes of Gina D's Kids Club

ORLANDO, Fla., Mar 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) is pleased to announce that it has received an equity line of $5,500,000 from MG Studios Inc., which will allow the company to complete the production of 40 Gina D's Kids Club programs debt free.
The $5,500,000 Equity Line from MG Studios will replace the previous credit line that the company had with MG Studios. Raven Moon will be registering stock in an S3 registration to cover the costs of production and marketing over the next 18 months.
"We believe this equity line will put us on the fast track," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon CEO.
Gina D's Kids Club is currently airing on approximately 80% of the U.S. markets weekly. The company has begun production on five new episodes of "Gina D's Kids Club". They include: "JOURNEY TO THE LAND OF DINOSAURS Part II", "REACH FOR THE STARS", "GOOD MANNERS", "THE RHYMING GAME", and "CUDDLE BUG CAPERS".
"'Gina D's Kids Club' is the best new children's educational program since Sesame Street which satisfies stations FCC requirements," stated Dr. Janice K. Battenberg, Educational Child Psychologist.
