3/3/2005 - RE: Reverse Split

THERE WILL BE NO REVERSE SPLIT as long as Trinagle Multimedia (ticker:QBID) is owned and operated by the current management team.

Then there will be no way in hell they'll get to a big exchange.
What a crock o' s#*t.

March 16 through April 12. This is time frame that I am looking at for movement in this stock. It seems to be the best time of the year for this stock and many other sub-penny's. Miss talking to everyone here. Wife still in hospital so just sneak in when i am bored. 3 days turned into 3 weeks and not sure when this will get better. Never know might be rich soon. Hospital screwed her up bad. Well will sneak back soon. Have a good one and chins up. QBID will move soon.

Well screwed things up and what they did might be understatements. Not sure which is more unexcusable. I know which is worse. The fact that she has overdosed on morphine and she has been in lala land for 6 days now with extreme hallucinations. Or the fact the nurse getting her out of bed the other day dropped her and she is brused black and blue from hip to shoulder on her right side. I think that I need to get her out of here before they kill her. I am so pissed just talking about it so I better stop. Thanks for the prayers, they are diffently needed.

Demand that the ENTIRE A/s be r/s'd down.

So if you own .1 % of the company before, you STILL own .1% of the company after.

Not none of that bs r/s the o/s then sell shares til it fills again.

Too much paperwork, not enough time for patient
care the way it used to be when the Mrs. went
to Nursing school. Worse thing that ever happened to Nurses, started when they began
B.S. Nursing Programs. From what I have seen
in my area the Patient care part was left out.

Many people have said the same thing over the last year as the price continues to go down and the number of shares up. I held for way to long and will get back in once it shows reals signs of being a real stock. Until then I have moved my money to other stocks that move up and down instead of sideways and down. Good luck everyone I'll keep it on my watch list.

You have to be the defender and advocate when your family and loved one's are in the hospital...Make sure you understand every damn thing they're doing...Don't take for granted that someone is on top of the situation...Learn all you can and ask...ask...ask...questions...If it doesn't feel right that's because it isn't...Hold the docs feet to the fire...

i have an honest question for all qbid shareholders. this post is not meant to offend anyone. but, has the thought of QBID being investigated by the SEC crossed anyones mind? qbid as everyweek goes by its looking more and more like MLON. the MLON ceo got busted for making false statements in his prs, and frank olsen is doing the exact same thing. i know there is safe harbor agreement in all the prs but, still does that safe harbor agreement make it legal for a ceo claim anything he wants even though most of his statements in the prs never happen? to continuely make false claims, one right after another, surely this cant be legal. frank has released 26 press releases since december 3rd till today march 3rd. that just seems excessive to me, a pr every 3 days for 3 months. december 3rd qbid's price was .0061 and now it is currently .0027 what good did all these prs do? most of the prs never materialized anyway. so, how much longer can frank olsen hide behind the safe harbor agreement before, he may be investigated by the SEC or is this legal for him to claim anything he wishes even though, his claims rarely ever materialize? below i have posted all the prs that frank olsen put out that never came true. these are only prs from the last 2 months, this many false prs in two months, is inexcusable. my post is clearly a valid question. so, what do you guys think?

28 December 2004: Q Television Network's 'Q On the Move' To Be On 150 Stations Nationwide. Show Will Be Distributed Starting February 2005. Q Television Network announced today that one of its signature shows, "Q On The Move," will be available on 150 stations nationwide. This will enhance national awareness and provide a revenue boost for the network. "Q on the Move" will begin airing on the 150 stations on February 14th, 2005 and will continue for 13 full weeks. Stations and specific air times will be announced in the near future. "Q on the Move" is a weekly, one-hour show which spotlights the gay life, culture and businesses in different cities. The show travels all over the country -- Seattle and Washington DC have already been featured and Atlanta will follow. The popular show includes prominent gay celebrities with Congressman Barney Frank recently featured on the Washington DC show. "It is good to have carriage companies knocking on our door instead of us going to them. It creates a new profit center for us," stated Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "Q Television will announce its expanding coverage areas for its 24/7 signal very soon," said Olsen.

-q on the move never aired on feb 14 as this pr from late December said it would.

7 January 2005: Q Television Network Launches New Live Show: 'Good Morning Gay America.' Fully Sponsored, Original Show Will Begin Airing Next Month From Seattle, Texas and New York. Q Television Network, the leading television network for the gay and lesbian community, announced today a new live program: Good Morning Gay America. The fully sponsored show will begin airing in February and will broadcast live from Seattle, Texas and New York. Good Morning Gay America will air live, every weekday for two hours starting at 9:00 a.m. EST (6:00 a.m. PST). It will be anchored by two well-known gay television personalities with an additional twenty-five news correspondents located throughout the country contributing to the show. The show will feature important gay news, celebrities, travel, entertainment, weather and business. In addition, Good Morning Gay America is the first ever live show that will tape at all major, national gay events. "We guarantee we will be at every national gay event across the country," said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "We are currently in the process of picking the final host of the show and we have cut the field down to six well-known gay personalities. We will announce the host names along with the sponsors late next week," said Olsen. "We are very excited about this show and are thrilled that prominent gay personalities and sponsors are knocking on our door hoping to get involved with our network." Good Morning Gay America is another addition to Q Television's dynamic programming line-up unlike any other competitive station. The line up includes all original programming including "Q On the Move," "WOW! Women on Women," "On Q Live," "Q The Music," and Paradise Falls.

-GMGA hosts and sponsors were not announced the following week as the pr stated. Its been nearly 2 months since this pr and still no GMGA hosts or sponsors.

10 January 2005: Q Television Network is Producing a Tribute to Elizabeth Taylor. Q Television Network announced today that it is producing a 2-hour uninterrupted tribute to Elizabeth Taylor. The special will air on Q Television Network on February 14, 2005. The network has also arranged to have the special available to those outside of Q Television's viewing area via pay per-view in March 2005. "Liz Taylor is an icon in the gay community," said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "It gives us great pleasure to pay tribute to a woman who has helped and supported the gay community for decades." The two-hour special will include tributes to Liz Taylor from 50 top celebrities, as well as many of the movers and shakers in the gay and lesbian community. Liz Taylor's great effort in raising awareness of AIDS in America comes from her beliefs that: "It is bad enough that people are dying of AIDS but no one should die of ignorance," said Taylor. It is because of this belief that she has become the lead spokesperson in AIDS awareness.

-liz taylor tribute never aired on feb 14.

18 January 2005: Q Television Network to Air in the Pacific Northwest. Q Television's Signal to Be Available to over One Million Customers. "After extensive negotiations, we have finally come to an agreement to make Q Television available from Oregon to the Canadian border," said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "The West Coast market is an important step for us. It is the third highest market of the Gay and Lesbian population in the U.S. With this new carrier, our television signal will be made available to over one million customers."
In the second quarter of 2005, Q Television will comply with requirements of all national carriers and make its signal available in High Definition (HDTV). "With the field narrowing for carriers to choose gay and lesbian networks, we have jumped to the top of many lists and will provide all of our carriers with the best possible network," said Olsen.

-the “washington state television station” they claim to have still hasent been announced.

25 January 2005: Q Television Network Gets Exclusive Insider's View of the Presidential Inauguration. Congressman Barney Frank Hosts 'Q on the Move' at the Inauguration for a Special Upcoming Episode. Television Network, the television network for the gay and lesbian community, got an exclusive insider's view of the Presidential inauguration last Thursday, January 20, when Congressman Barney Frank (D-Mass) invited the network along as he attended some of the Inaugural events. "Q on the Move" host Nick Oram covered the inaugural proceedings for Q Television as Congressman Frank's special guest. Oram accompanied Congressman Frank to, among other places, the "Alternative Inaugural Ball," which raised money for non-incumbent Democratic candidates. In a speech to the attendees, Rep. Frank asserted that progressives must make the case that President Bush's policies are hurting minorities, gays and poor and working people. Oram also joined Rep. Frank at his interview with comedian and radio show host Al Franken. The exclusive footage will be broadcast in upcoming episodes of "Q on the Move," the network's travelogue of gay-friendly places, people and events. "We are grateful for Congressman Frank for giving us exclusive entree to the places and events which are of particular interest to our viewers," said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "We promised to cover the 'gay angle' of every national event, and you can't get any bigger than the presidential inauguration."

-6 weeks later, q on the move at the presidential inauguration has not aired.

3 February 2005: Q Television Network Covers Super Bowl XXXIX. Following the game, Jackie and Nick will continue filming at the Metro, a gay nightclub in Jacksonville. "As I have always stated, Q Television will be at the forefront of all events in the gay and lesbian communities. Over the last 90 days our viewers have seen us at the Gay and Lesbian Rodeo and the National Gay and Lesbian Aquatics. We also covered the Inauguration, with exclusive footage via Barney Frank, and most recently Q Television took its viewers to the Sundance Film Festival," said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "Showing the gay side of the Super Bowl is just one of the amazing places we will take our viewers in the future."

-one month later, the q on the move superbowl footage hasent aired either.

14 February 2005: Q Television Network to Select an Internet Advisory Committee from the -GLBT- Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Community. Q Television Network announced today that it will launch a selection process for an internet advisory committee. The committee's responsibility will be to inform Q Television about how its shows are being received by the GLBT community. "We want Q to be a true reflection of the GLBT community, and we feel this is the best way to serve their needs." Q Television will be placing an application form on its web site (www.qtelevision.com) where all active members of the GLBT community can apply. "As always, our goal is to further the growth of the network." In addition, Q Television Network hopes to announce tomorrow 123 of the 150 stations across the country that will be airing a sampling of Q Television's original programming to show viewers, with Q On the Move being the lead show. "In this industry, things can change in the blink of an eye; but we want our shareholders to know that we are working diligently to get Q Television onto more stations," stated Olsen.

Your question is a valid one, roadrunner, and you have every right to ask. However, I really don't think QBID is a scam like MLON. The PR's that Mario Pino released were complete lies. Sure, some may see Frank Olsen's PR's as fluff, but when he says "Q Television is at the Oscars", we can all agree that they were there. How does one justify PR's such as the 123 stations? Setbacks. That may be difficult for some to accept, but I honestly believe it's the only explanation we have. You really need to ask yourself, would people like Cathering Rasenberger sign with this company if it was a scam? She has developing networks layed before her everyday - and she declines most of them. She really thinks we have something here, and so do I. If you are turned off by the PPS, then maybe you should get out. You need a lot of patience in order to own stock in this company, because if you don't you will lose your sanity. I don't even watch the PPS anymore. I know when I'm selling. I know it won't be tomorrow. If I worried about everytime QBID went down .0001%, I would have premature gray hairs! Instead I rather enjoy life, and focus my mind elsewhere. The problem is that many people do have more money invested here than they can afford to lose, so it's no wonder people are going to start assuming the worst. All I can say is have a little more faith in the CEO and his people. It seems like they are really trying to reach out to their shareholders lately. If you can't have faith, then take a loss and try again elsewhere. I won't though. In my honest opinion, the investors here for the long run will prevail.

Ric, so very sorry to learn why you have been away from the board. I suspected something of that nature, but had hoped for the best.

Again, so sorry.

Now, hoping and praying that the coming weeks will be a turn around for you and your family--medically and financially.

We miss you and your wisdom.

And, don't forget to take good care of yourself, too.

Road - I appreciate you in that you are actively following the Q. You do seem to have an interested in QBID. I don't know if the SEC really has any way to halt QBID like they have CMKX.

My main arguement is that QBID has a product available that most of us have seen on the website, and that others have actually seen on television. Their ever changing product is real and with an ever changing product their business is real. The effort to put together a live program on both the internet and television every weekday as a mask for a company trying to scam investors would be too great to consider reasonable.

The SEC may investigate QBID but I think the farthest they'll get is the Safe Harbor agreement and that Frank Olsen has no power in controlling the signing of contracts. When contracts are signed really isn't up to, or should be mentioned by, QBID. The pr's are forward-looking in that sense and they mention that in every PR. The SEC can't really do much past that. Frank and company aren't doing too many things wrong, legally.

I hate missed pr's as much as anyone else but there's nothing else I can do. I just have to keep believing. Maximum risk for maximum profit. That's how I see things. Matt

Don't worry. I've been here all along. The nay sayers come out when there isn't much good to say about a company. Any lull in progress and they'll be here to put the company down. (I'm not referring to roadrunner, honestly) I believe in QBID so in times like these I don't feel the need to post unless I feel hope for QBID is a little too low or people ask questions. Bashers rarely ask questions they know us longs can answer. Again, roadrunner you're not a basher I realize. But anyways, I'm here. Matt

Am I happy with our currect pps? No.

Am I glad that I invested in QBID? Yes, yes, yes.

I did not expect a silver bullet or fast buck.

I never expected someone to wave a magic wand and waa-laa: Instant Network--no work and no problems.

I know why daytraders are disappointed at this point, but I really cannot understand why.

If LOGO, with all of its big money funding, couldn't get it together in a year.......how could anyone think a startup would have smooth sailing in "the business"?

Come to think of it, we sure haven't heard much about LOGO lately, have we?

Thanks Permanentjuan and Rich. I always enjoy (both) your post too.

I still can't understand why it seems so difficult to make a decision and either stick with that decision or just make another decision and move on.

No matter what the results are--it is always our personal decision.

You say you don't mind when it goes down .0001%, but thats not the case. It been falling and falling for months now! I don't understand your thinking, but to each their own.

I don't think you understood what I said exactly. I was saying that if I worried everytime it went down .0001% then I would probably have a stroke by now. I am in this for the long run. I know when I'm going to sell.

Thanks. Pennies.

I'm with Rick on spring as the time for a jump upward in pps. Seems like the second quarter was mentioned in a PR or statement to investors.

We have now just entered the last month of the first quarter.
