Any guesses on how long this investigation will last? With the press release it looks like Mario had already spilled the beans that none of it was true.

Upside? Don't forget he also basically said the company is not doing business with anyone and the dividends he gave on WLSC cannot be traded. There is nothing in this shell of a company.

Absolutely not. No one is exempt. Its just hard for the SEC to look into pinks because they don't report but they must follow guidelines like everyone else. I bet if they hadn't made such elaborate claims this last time about the .05 then .10 sell claim that they wouldn't be under investigation right now. SEC has so many complaints it really takes real bad deliberate lies to caught there attention sometimes. But now its under investigations all the PR's will be looked at real closely.

I don't think he will....he clearly stated everything previously stated in PR's, was fraudulent. I'm no leagal expert, but it would seem to me that an officer of a company making fraudulent statements, to falsely inflate a stock price, should be illegal, if it's not...but what do I know...

My guess was he was buying and then planning on releasing more lies or bogus financials and then sell to make a quick profit.

Scam.

Compund sorry for losing the 10 grand. Nothing is for certain especially with pinks.

And hey Ric how about Kmart, after they cancel the common shares, you lose everything, then they reissue and the shares are up to $100.

The stock market is always a little gamble, but that why we love it I guess.

Best advise anyone can give in the penny market is to get in, get out and hopefully for a profit. Never hold a penny over night unless you just don't care. Never, absolutely never play a penny stock with money you can't afford to lose. And most of all, believe a PR from a penny stock with a grain of salt. If its too good to be true, then its probably not true. But play the hype and get out.

I didn't say anything about K-Mart but your right they did re-issue shares. Also I can't stress enough that when you see a stock that ends in a Q then its in bankruptcy and can drop the bomb on you quick by re-issuing shares to creditors only, leaving prior stockholders with nothing. Seen one recommended on this forum this morning. My advice is to stay away from them.

Things like this are just sad because it hurts the whole penny market, even legitimate ones who do not lie or make up crap. But there are just too many sham companies out there with stupid pr's, reverse splits, etc

Oh and I think the KMart reference should have been for glassman not ric. oops

dice, i been pointing out PJTG for months. a REAL co. with a long-term(yrs) arrangement with MSFT and i can't get enough people to buy. but MLON and others can get hundreds of millions of shares traded.

it's OUR fault for not DDing..it's called lazyness...

Ummm hello me and MELON have told you that Mario was BS - Press release stating AUDIT would be done last July, Starting buyback last dec. 3, etc.... hello?? do you read any of the PR's or just go by everyone else?

And whizknock where are you now, you used to pump this stock like crazy along with QBID. And to the person saying this was "dardadog"'s only long - guess what everyone makes mistakes, dont go by what you hear.

I also tried warning folks IN THIS THREAD , on 1/12/05, that folks whose advise I normally respect had turned MLON (as well as QBID) into a "religion". Sorry for your losses.

Me, I'm holding GTEL, and going to accumulate more. A real company with a real product, real partnerships, and "the sky is the limit", quite literally.

BTW, I know QBID is "real", compared to MLON, but I seriously doubt it will fly, IMO.

lol.. this is more than a religion man.. the kind of followership QBID gets is frightening. Its past obsession. I know tons of people in here that bows at every word that proceed from frank's mouth.

Having said that, i think the market may have overreacted to the MLON news. IMO all hope is not lost. 0.0002 is a great entry point (i had in a big order at 0.0002 but it didnt fill). It should see a rebound tommorrow to about 0.0003/4 and probably higher JMHO! GOODLUCK to those still in.

I apologize for anyone who took heed of my post that financials will be released by end of first quarter...I have a reliable source who has helped me succeed a numerous amount of times in the past and I posted what I thought was quality profitable advice. I believed in Mario and truly thought melon would run once more....

Im out at .0003 and took a 12,000 dollar loss on this one. I play these pennies for fun and the excitement and while this loss doesnt effect me or my family I know many investors out there put of alot of money into this in hopes that their future and the future of their families might be a little better...well to all of you I am sorry and wish you the best of success in the future.

To all those who posted warning and advice to beware of this shell....I appreciate your hard work and research and will try to take heed of your advice in the future. Theres nothing to do now except to acknowledge you were wrong and to move on and bounce back into the green...

enjoy the weekend all

YOu must be kidding me!!! There was not one single thing in theet NR that surprised me - Perhaps the only surprising thing was the fact that basically everysingle thing that Mario ever put out was a LIE - a FRAUD A SCAM - EVERYTHING. BUT yet you folks collectively were all over me.
