I've had an order for 250K @ .001 for about 5 minutes now. The ask is .0009 but they won't fill me.

The stock price was around .002 in January...it's 30 day average volume is only around 7 million. Today the volume is 45 million so far

I tested the mm's early by placing small AON orders above the ask and noticed that it was taking along time to get a fill which told me that they didn't have many shares
