Invicta Group Inc. Technology Upgrade 1/12/05
MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Jan 12, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB:IVGA) and its wholly owned subsidiary Airplan Inc. today announced the launch of their AIRPLANPORTAL Online Travel Distribution System. Built from the ground up, the system is developed on the latest NET technology, designed to distribute Airplan's discounted airfare inventory to travel agencies; with a built-in Web capability for travel agencies to offer it online to their clients.
This system will leverage Airplan's discounted airfare content by providing it to the travel agency market, which has a great need for such fares, and a built-in clientele of 6,500 to distribute it to. The platform allows for easy distribution by travel agencies to their online savvy customers, and helps them increase their sales and profits by providing alternate content to the published airfares displayed directly from the airlines, which do not pay a commission.
David Scott, the C.O.O. of Invicta quotes, "We are very excited about the launch of AIRPLANPORTAL. We already have a great inventory of discounted airfares with Airplan, and AIRPLANPORTAL will allow us to distribute this to a larger travel agency market, and in turn to their clients. It completes the last step of our strategy to leverage our content with a superior distribution system. AIRPLANPORTAL allows us to go beyond supplying travel agencies, as it enables them to seamlessly distribute to their existing and new clientele. We intend to offer this system to our 6,500 home based travel agents as well."

This pup looks ripe. Techs are bottomed, O/S will be contained even after Airplan final payment, and existing revs are amazing. Near-term rally imminent!
