Still holding very conservative position here; got burned with other shareholders in November 11/1/04 split--playing it very safe until financials/and or gold appears. Anyone know how many outstanding shares there are now?

DFLR Fills Three Permanent Positions SAN DIEGO
Equitilink, LLC (Investor Relations) 877-788-1940 or 858-824-1940
On Jan. 18, 2005, Diversified Financial Resources Corp. (OTCBB: DFLR) announced its intentions to fill three permanent positions. DFLR announces today those three positions were filled on Jan. 21, 2005. Engineer Jesus Ramirez was named mining and mill engineer. Engineer Marcelino Gragera Herrera was named as metallurgist and engineer Joaquin Torres was named administrator of purchasing and superintendent of the laboratory for the Sulema No. 2, El Rosario, El Curra and La Currita mines located in the Sierra Madre Mountains within Chihuahua, Mexico.
Ramirez has made an assessment of the mill, and he has laid out recommendations for the necessary improvements required to achieve the goal of milling 130 to 150 tons of gold and silver ore per day. Ramirez and Gragera Herrera are also actively planning the development of a long-term mining operation in order to maximize the gold and silver ore production from the mining operations. Those recommendations will be ready in the coming weeks.
Torres has undertaken testing of the mine's gold and silver concentrations to ensure maximum retrieval. These tests are conducted on material produced from the milling process. The mill and mine are currently operating under a startup, "fine tuning" mode. To date approximately 200 tons of material has ran through the mill. Recent activity has produced four or five tons of gold and silver concentrate, which is now being readied for market. A typical market shipment involves seven or eight tons of concentrate.
"We are pleased with the progress to date, and indications are that we are midway through the process of making our first shipment of concentrate," DFLR President & CEO John Chapman said.

I think that it's only a question of time before the price rockets. I don't know why it hasn't already. The pr's seem to be showing a nice step-by-step progression. I really like this stock. JMHO

News of any kind with DFLR is welcome; my question is by what means is management funding the mill and mining operation? Sale of shares alone or green profit somewhere? Is the foray into milling/mining a viable profit-center for the business short term-mid or long-term? Compound Cash thanks for your help a couple posts above concerning my ? on shares and dilution consideration:

Can you imagine that if the report that the co is waiting for, is as good as the company thinks (that's why all the equipment was moved to the site and has been set up and ready to go) that this has a chance to sky rocket. It sure would be nice to be in a stock that skyrockets. I have bought this stock 3 times and now I am holding close to 3 million shares. This is only my opinion and DO NOT BUY this stock cause I posted a what if about it. DO YOUR OWN DD.
