Nope I thought that we would have more movement also, but maybe on Monday, the news will have circulated and Sundance will have some effect [Smile] Of course the day is not over yet.

Poached from RB Does the last paragraph sound familiar?

More Cathy Rasenberger

"Assuming the station is successful, of course, by no means a certainty. In fact, it's tougher than ever to launch a cable network, and announcing your plans eight months in advance doesn't help your cause.

"It is the kiss of death," says Cathy Rasenberger, president of Rasenberger Media, a consulting firm for cable startups which is currently helping launch the Anime Network. "The press will put the nail in your coffin."

Not the mainstream press, which loved The America Channel concept. Rasenberger is referring to the cable-industry press, which she says will "hunt you down to make sure you're hitting your target launch date and your distribution deals. They will bury you. A lot of networks have been killed by premature press. Everybody's watching."

In other words, if "The America Channel" falls behind schedule and the trade press makes a stink of it, the investors and distributors "The America Channel" needs to launch might bail out."

More from the same article:

"The big cable companies, when negotiating agreements with startups, impose restrictions on the startups so they can't tell potential investors who they're negotiating with or how close they are to an agreement. The network and cable company can "agree in principle," but the network can't go blabbing about it to investors. Meanwhile, the cable companies are watching to make sure the network is pulling in enough investment capital to launch."

They would be allowed to announce when things are final though correct? Is this pretty much referring to QBID stating they'll be in 25% of the country by January, etc. That they were at fault for releasing such information. Should we throw out 25% in January out the window? Long holdddddddddddd....

Still no price movement though. Weird. I don't see a PR. It does take a while for me to get the PR email. Matt

It just seems like the only reason this stock is flat lining is because of the attention it's getting. This thread has moved just about as slow as the pps. I imagine it's the same everywhere else unless it's just people running their mouth that QBID will go no where. Perhaps it's like Ms Rasanberger said, releasing dates is the nail in the coffin. It is probably putting too much out there for qbid to deal with right now. Matt

Obviously anyone who wants to buy, wants to
buy low. What will make this run, when the MM's
let it go perhaps.

Has anyone actually seen Q on TV?
I've asked at work and no one has seen it or has a friend thats seen it.

Just because QLive is on the internet doesn't mean squat. A high school kid could put his
rock band on the internet or do a radio station.

Go Q - in this lifetime.
Maybe we should freeze ourselves and unfreeze in a few years to get past the pain.

This kind-of feels like it did back in the .02's. As it was creeping down everyone was averaging down(accumulating), and then eventually it ran. Probably the same thing will happen.

Still here. Lots of variables now. Low volume, that is unfortunate. The market in general was not good this week. Still long and strong and quite excited about our network. Think about this time last year. Q is bringing in the right partners and associates. Logo pulled back for 4 months. That gives Q a negotiating edge. Always only my opinion.

ok get your head out of the clouds now

you are very delerious if you think this is possible. the only way this price would happen would be with a major reverse split.

in order for that to happen you would be looking at the company being worth 750 billion dollars.

Frank himself states the company is only a 5 billion dollar company after 5 years.

you would need at least a 150 to 1 reverse split for that to happen.

lets talk reality. the buck is going to be a major accomplishment, and most here will not be holding it at that time.

Just trying to keep it real here guys.

just stating facts. average volume is around 170 million and its pretty obvious the pr did nothing also. you cant overlook everything to only see the positive side of things.

Im really shocked at todays pps. i expected a gap up this mornign. it was nice to see it start to move up right away but seemed odd that with all the buys today no real increase in price.

Looks like the manipulation is still there.

that is fine, but the longer they hold it down the higher it is going to spike once they loose control of it.

Not what i want to see but it certainly will grab the attention of a lot of new investors. maybe that is the plan.

Time will tell and make us happy. I would prefer a nice slow climb and form solid bases.

the problem with spiking up is that it will eventually fall back a long way just to test the price levels.

Great swing trade oportunities if you can play it right but it will happen fast when it does.
