this is a very impressive move by QTN, another brick added to the foundation. Let me tell you why. Most players whether theatrical or sports, or whatever have an intermediary to speak for them....Frank lacked that role in his organization up to this point...the experienced, accepted contact between QTN and the cable world...
He now has filled this gap. This lady also worked with PrideVision in Canada....
Each time Frank puts out a PR lately I look for one thing and one thing only: HOW DOES THIS FIT INTO HIS ORGANIZATION?WHAT ROLE WILL THIS PERSON/AGENCY PLAY?

Penny you're right! U4 is loaded to the brim on this puppy.
As far as a weather forcast it will take some time to track "the winds of change". Bear in mind that we will not likely see the storm that was previously predicted as Frank has been careful not to let this thing go. There is an outside possibility that the PPS of QBID gets away from him on emotion alone.
Speaking for myself I'm genuinely OK with a slow rise in value as I'm in this for the long term and looking for a minimum of $1.25!

the charts support it but my guess it this should be seen by th einvestment comunity as very excellent news. Im thinking that we might see a small gap up tomorrow, as people that have been holding off on this are going to be scrambling to get in here first thing in the morning.
Im hoping we dont gap as we always come back to fill the gap.
I would be close by the computer to make you asjustments as required tomorrow.

it is nice to dream but you are right. Frank saidhe would be happy with being number 2 but the fact of the matter is he may have to accept number 1.
