Renee, CFO of Q, said that would be a couple years down the road at least.

Now they would have never said that if they were moving to OTC BB because it takes a lot of time and paperwork to move up. Also you would see forms filed at the SEC website if they had moved. My best guess is the person seen a old PR with QBID list as OTC and not PK and is confused.

Ric

Whats the difference between pink sheets and otc bb stocks? I was under the impression that they were the same thing, and pink sheets were a nickname for the otc bb market? You have to forgive me, I'm new to penny stocks. lol

OTC is the minors league of Nasdaq. They have to file with SEC and amost everything that Nasdaq does. Its a step up from pinksheet. Pinks are followed on the OTC BB but it doesn't have to either and it doesn't have to file with SEC except very basic paperwork. It is completely different.

Hey guys. Confession time. I've been here a long time, a very long time. Met some nice people and still keep in touch with some also. I've made a lot of money with QBID in 2004 and plan to make a lot more in 2005 but.... because of my personal situation I needed a lot of funds to get my wife out of a jam and so my QBID shares will be sold.

It is NOT because the stock is no good, it is NOT because I don't believe in the company, it is NOT because frank is not making progress (we all know he is)

But I have to at this point.

Sadly, it's coming at a point of consolidation, accumulation and a lot of support forming. breakout is coming and I'll probably miss it for now.

Watch the new wave come in and enjoy the ride. I'll try to peak in now & then.

keep up the great posts and dont let those bashers take advantage, the stock will be worse if they do.

BigT. I don't say much in here, but i'm sorry to hear that you have to do this. I hope everything works out for you and you can make some more money on this stock or another one. I have extremely enjoyed reading your posts on what the charts were saying about the direction of Q. Good Luck.

“Good Morning, Gay America”
The Q Television Network is launching a new morning show, “Good Morning, Gay America” in February. The live program will be cablecast from 9-11 a.m. weekdays and include news, interviews, travel and entertainment segments geared to a subscription gay audience. Frank Olsen, the president of the network, said, “We guarantee we will be at every national gay event across the country.”

The show will have “two well-known gay personalities” as co-hosts and 25 correspondents. The network is available on RCN channel 255 in Manhattan, Queens, San Francisco, and Massachusetts, as well as via satellite on C-Band Intelsat 13 (120 degrees west) on Transponder 18.

On Monday night, David Letterman, not known for his sensitivity to gay people, devoted his Top Ten list to upcoming shows on the gay network, including comments such as: “Everybody Loves Raymond.... especially Steve” and “Law and Order: Special Antiquing Unit.”

First, I want to say thanks to BigT for his great DD, and that I hope you know we are all looking forward to your coming back. I hope all things with you and your wife work out well, and that you'll be back on board soon before take-off. We'll leave the light on for ya...

Second, I just wanted to express my disappointment when I returned from out of town to see no PR regarding hosts, etc as "promised." I, like Ric, am optimistic about Q and Frank's intentions...I know several people with the type of personality that Frank seems to exhibit and also understand that legal issues can often delay contracts etc etc.

HOWEVER, I do believe that for the sake of good PR there needs to be a certain level of accountability. I know that many current and potential investors will be nervous about investing in a PINK stock with a pattern of not always coming in on time with promises made. For some people, getting there eventually is not good enough.

If, for any reason (including realizing that Monday is a holiday) they discovered that they were not able to release the promised information, they should have released a short PR mentioning the change and giving a new time frame for the information to be released. Believe me, that if investors see that the Q is SERIOUS about following through with their statements, the company will have more credibility and that WILL be reflected in the PPS.

All this to say, I believe strongly that Q has a bright future and that those of us who are holding will be very glad we did, but also think that this is an area that COULD potentially cause problems if it is not changed.

So, I have emailed their PR dept and made some suggestions. I strongly suggest that anyone else who agrees with me do the same. I have found that they do pay close attention to the thoughts of their investors.

Let's build a stronger Q,

I suggest buying other stocks to take your mind of off QBID. If QBID is making you feel anxious and you're not getting a goods night sleep, sell. Your Health is more important.

Help me out Doc.

Clyde, are you refering to my post? I am confused. I will assume you are not, but if so, I don't believe you actually paid attention to my words. No anxious feelings here, just being diligent and doing my part.

Thanks BigRod. O.K., Logo is postponed until the last day of June--30th.

They already have a deal with Time Warner in Manhattan (we are already in Manhattan) and RCN and Atlantic Broadband (we are already with RCN). They are in final negoiations with Comcast. This will give them a potential 10 million viewers.

We already know where RCN broadcasts and plans to expand. Does anyone know anything about Atlantic?

Very interesting.

You know what they say, don't invest what you can't afford to lose.
