Any guesses/rumors on hosts for the new morning show? I suppose they are keeping really tight lips because usually someone leaks it out by now!

volume 65,410,592 with only an hour and a half left. average volume the past 3 months is 173,000,000+ past few weeks have been slow. something needs to happen soon.

I don't know who exactly but I can give you guys pointers to hopefully figure it out.
1. We're not getting Elton John. Elton John doesn't need a day job and was never a tv show host. That'd be great and all but we need to consider people that actually fit the tv show host role. 2. Ellen would be great but she has a national show. No way would she be leaving. 3. Who needs a job? Rosie O'Donnel? Graham Norton? Anderson Cooper? David Hyde Pierce? Robert Verdi?
Doesn't sound like we'll hear about it today though. I guess this ends our record for consecutive pr's out.

Here! has been on air for 2 years now and haven't gone anywhere. Yes they are on more carriers but they have had time to get them. We just started. Here! has no live programming, only movies. From what was stated in early research there movies are no good anyway. You need to go back and read old threads on Here!. This is all old news. You seem to be throwing a really big to do about nothing. Not sure why you won't listen to anyone but go on and on about Here!. We know about it and have written it off as a problem or competition at this time. If in the future they get good programming then we may have to worry about them. But right now they have nothing near as good as we do.
AS far as carriers, yes they have more but that only opens the dooor for us when they realize that we have the good programming and the GLBT community want better programming not just a gay TV network. We will stand out among the best in the industry. Programming counts and we have it and Here dosen't, thats the facts.
Now Logo is coming that is true but since they will be on basic cable they have to watch there p's and q's. How can they handle the touch issues that really concern the GLBT community when they will fear offending the general population. You don't think there will be an outcry from the christain community that there kids may watch there programming and become gay, which is so funny, but Logo will have to put up with that and they will have to watch out on what the run and air just for that reason. Q's the best, will stay the best and cream always rises to the top when its all said and done.

Yea cashrules thats where I found some of those people. I was surprised David Hyde Pierce was on there. I think he'd make a great host, but again, I doubt he needs a day job.
It seems that a lot of the people on that website are Dutch for some reason. There are also only about 700 people on that site so there are probably a lot of people not on there that Frank could be considering.

i'm very surprised at some of these names...like john edgar hoover for instance....i mean these people had enough balls to come out of the closet before the 70's some of them before the 30's. that in it of itself is just AMAZING.

I'm with you. There will probably be a huge uproar from the Christian community, and conservative groups in general. G/L programming on general broadcast cable will have to be so general that it probably won't appeal all that much to the target audience.

funny how every other day or so 1 of the folks thats been here a while has to point out why logo is not much of a threat to Q. how here!'s programming is no match. here! has started a talk show & a few soap opera type shows but mostly movies nothing to compare with Q. i do hope Q can get carried full time in a few area's on comcast before here! not just 1 show in seattle. according to here! they did 15 million last yr. for being on 2 satillite systems for the 2nd yr i'd say they have had trouble getting & keeping loyal viewers which speaks directly to the quality of the programming. we need to get another carrier & 1 that gives us more head to head match-ups with here!. it sure would be nice to know how that match up is going on RCN
