Pretty sure the fastest way is to walk into a local broker of yours. Problem there is they'll probably charge you per share and cost more than $20 a trade. It takes a while to get money into the online accounts for trading, especially the OTC's. I dont know what to tell you. Get in there quick somehow.

from another board: OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OF LETTERMAN
Dave:
'Here's tonights top ten list. The category tonight 'Top ten shows on the new gay cable network'. I was not aware of this but apparently there is a new (stuttering saying 'gable') gay cable channel entitled the Q TELEVISION NETWORK. What would the Q stand for? (Laughs) It will debut later this month to provide programming for the gay, lesbian and bi-sexual community. It would be nice if the bi-sexuals got their own channel (laughs).'
Paul: (Cannot make out what he is saying, not important though)'Give bi-sexuals their own, lesbians over here, everyone should have hi-def (joke from earlier in the show) (laughs).'
Dave: 'Give 'em a chance' and 'That's right' and 'I think so' were said while Paul was talking.
Dave: 'Anyway, there is a new gay cable channel entitled Q Television Network and they are going to begin programming, by the way I was told we will be in hi-def in September.'
Paul: 'Why aren't we in hi-def now'
Dave: 'I don't know, why weren't we in hi-def two years ago? I'll be dead in September, the new guy will be in hi-def' (Laughs). Uhh, OK, so anyway, did you open the thing?'
Paul: 'It's open.'
Dave: 'Uhhh, the top ten shows, the top ten shows now, these are the top ten new show on the gay cable network. Anyway here are the shows:
10. Everybody Love Raymond, Especially Steve 9. CSI: San Francisco 8. Inside the Actors Studio Apartment in the West Village 7. Law and Order: Special Antiqing Unit 6. King of Queens 5. Desperate Houseboys 4. Stone Philips -- Unleashed 3. Malcolm in the Middle (Huge Laughs) 2. My Wife and Kids... Have no idea 1. Press the Meat'

I guess it works for me. Wonder how true the hi-def deal is. Don't care about that. Still, as long as they didn't put us down and announced us on NATIONAL television during a prime hour for mature adults then we're golden.

Too bad we don't have the numbers of the people on the list of investors who want QTN. That way we could call all the west coast punks and tell them to watch just so they can lose sleep too.

guys, lets not get too ahead ourselves now. On the other hand lets hope to god that this is the break that will make us rich. That's what we're looking for. Remember, dont expect too much, just go with it and hope. Congrats to all who kept faith, lets roll starting tommarow.

Don't get scotttrade for pennies, its great for big boards but pinksheets like Q you will have to call them to trade and it cost 22 dollars I think and a percentage over so many shares. Not penny friendly.
Ameritrade cost 10.99 per trade but no limit on number of shares owned. I have had great luck with them myself. I hear E-trade does well with pennies. Choicetrade is great but doesn't serve many locations and Freetrade is real good if you know what your doing (20 free trades a month) but they do not have live support, everything is done by email. They are owned by Ameritrade but you must have $5000 to open account but way to go if you can.

Guys, lets actually post some smart stuff: How big is this for qbid? How many businesses get mentioned? Examples? Results of their stock? Let's do some research. Find a small comp with stock mentioned on dave/top ten, and see what happened to the stock.

not much at all.. 0.0002 at most! It gonna take actual lauch to move it significantly .. this development is significant simple becuase its not coming from one of frank's spin machines. It shows at least they are really serious about launching. And thats why i'm gettin on board.

I'm not getting ahead of myself. I'm not getting my hopes up that tommorrow we'll bounce to $10 or so. For me this is just another sign that QTN is a serious and legitimate company. Honestly how much more can you ask for from a subpenny company? Isn't that really one of the biggest hurdles in a penny stock is proving to investors that they are for real and worth putting money into? As long as we don't dip below my buy in point I'll be happy to hold for an extended period of time. Then the only reason I'll be made that it dipped below my buy in is because it means I could have sold and bought even more shares. No way im getting out of Q right now. Matt

Well I think there will be a little burst tomorrow but settle back down after the thrill of the news. I think if it had happened during open market it would have got a bigger boost though.

Perhaps a PR tommorrow will bring it to more attention and help out the pps. I'll be looking out for articles in the newspapers though. Matt

Dave Letterman is a big show but guys lets not get to carried away. I dont see this sky rocketing because Dave made a joke about us.
what i do see is a little more exposure. and possibly a few people realising the potential of a new gay network.
dont get upset if this doesnt move to much tomorrow.
I'm not expectign to much for tomorrow. maybe a return to .0045 for a close at best.

Long time no talk Rod. I have not posted on this thread for a long time. You're right about this not going through the roof just because of this Letterman thing, but like I said a long time ago when I left, there might be a time when I decide to get back in, and this Letterman thing got my attention. I live in San Diego where Letterman has not aired yet, I'll watch it and see how it goes, but I think I'll be buying back in tomorrow. I already put my buy order in for a million shares. I'm hoping it fills in the morning and doesn't get passed up. Being on Letterman, even if it was being joked on gives QBID more exposure and adds some more legitimacy to it. At least enough that I am buying back in, and you know how negative I was about this for a while. I'm looking forward to a QBID morning for the first time in a long time.
P.S. Have you adjusted to not seeing the NHL yet?

Our QBID seems to have a knack for free publicity, especially at LOGO's expense. LOL Makes me wonder if it could be by design. Anyway I think that we'll see more and more positive news in the coming weeks. We may see a snowball effect soon in the form of publicity.
It amazes me that in the last 8 months, QBID PPS is down from .028 to the current price of .004. Wow!!! What's wrong? This really makes no sense considering that Q has lanched, has the Gay Games, live shows and is broadcasting in major cities. They also continue to follow thru with their spoken plans. At some point this PPS is going to explode upwards!
I picked up another 110,000 shares this afternoon, and now hold 3.2mil.
