this product almost seems to be good to be true, a 5% confirmed reduction in gas consumption is awesome. they back it up with some pretty powerful numbers based on my state of oklahoma, according to the PR this could save the country about 2.85 billion dollars annualy in govt. fuel consumption. Talk about responsible spending by the govt. if they were to use this product. not to bad, not to bad at all.

I was the one who recommended it. I started an XLPI thread late yesterday, but it has disappeared this morning.
XLPI is the original manufacturer of the product we knew as Slick50 in the 70's and 80's. Slick50 and the subsequent marketers of the product did not have the tests that Xcelplus has, and were forced to go out of business.
The CEO told us that whenever each of these companies started up with the product, they on average went from 0 to 37 million in revenues the first year. Right now, XLPI is completing contracts with Asian Rim countries, and are in talks with retailers such as Pep Boys, Walmart, etc...
This stock was at 4.00 before a split in July and then again up to 1.67 before another 3:1 split. SInce then, it has fallen and over the past 2+ months has been gouged on the Berlin Stock exchange.
Once they are off of that EXC, and finalize their contracts, there is no celing for this baby.
1. It has a viable and proven product 2. It has the tests and verifications 3. It is marketing it globally 4. They are introducing Class A preferred stock at the end of the month 5. Low Float for a penny stock
Do your own DD, but in the Penny world, these things speak VOLUMES.

CEO said a letter was submitted to get them off on the 10th of December. My guess is by the end of January. I have been watching the trading ALOT over the past 2 weeks, and they are over their avg daily trades by 2-3 fold during that time. They used to avg about 200,000 shares traded per day, but over the past 2 weeks, its been between 1.1 and now 6 million.
My guess is that the shorters are trying to get rid of their shorts before it is removed.
Either way, I cant wait until their earnings come out at the end of the month. Even without major income from retailers this period, they have a call center that has been growing since the middle of last year.

Shorting and naked shorting have been the main cause of this stock being driven down as far as it has.
It actually didnt go below .10 cents until the company paid a marketing agency with shares. Due to the agreement, the agency tried shorting the stock so that they could reap a larger benefit before the finalization of the contract. There was another instance where the company paid for services with stock shares, but according to the CEO, they are making enough income to pay for expenses from revenues, not stock.
As I read more and more about the new SHO regulations, I cant wait until the 5th, 10th, and end of the month to see what will happen here. The only good thing is that Ive been able to accumulate at these low prices.

I would say not yet. I don't think that this will move much on this news. This is going to need a pr stating that they have orders or letters of intent from the governments they are dealing with. I do think however all it is going to take is one pr containing the above and this is going to take off big time. With all the govt testing that has confirmed everything the company is saying it should do very well. They also have a very attractive share structure I found this on the company site. 300 million Authorized 125 million +- Issued / Outstanding 27 million Float +- We are a NY Corp with primary offices in Saluda, VA If this thing can do what they say it can do then look out. With all the tree huggers in the world today people should go nuts over this with the angle they are working (environmentally friendly)

MLON is dropping like a rock to, So let me get this straight. You would rather ride three stocks down and hold on to one that had tremendous hype and went nowhere then to buy into one going up. And if you think after this many billions of volume come into a stock, prrm, and it doesn't move, you should run and find one that can. And riding a stock into the basement won't make money either. Sorry JMHO

XLPI has moved up 113% since its open on Monday, and did not drop below that open any time this week.
One thing to remember is that this company has done not 1, but 2 3:1 stock splits as shareholder dividends since July. They were as high as 1.67 when they did the second split.
The company also didnt give out alot of PR's from october to this week becasue it was dedicating its time to building the business and establishing contacts. Once those contracts get signed, I think the PR's will come out like rain from a spring shower and be plentiful. Remember... this is just one area of the world they are shooting at right now, and already have 2 containers shipped to Germany for a marketer to aim towards retail there.
Plus the standard retailers like Pep Boys, Walmart, etc...

Super news, We just landed a contract today for Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia today through Mac -Y of Malaysia. First years order $2-3 million this year with a stipulation for a 200+% increase for year two. They have signed up a nationally known racer in their country to promote these products in their region of the world. So they are also committing to support for the products in these areas.
I will travel to Thailand Sat-Sun for Meetings on Monday with the Thai military, contracting companies as well as the Prot authority for Thailand.
We will have our first order upon returning form Thailand. Things have finally broken free for us here... We are still looking for funding but this should be easier with sales now coming in in huge increments.

I don't think it has anything to do with a cheap stock like this. Probably has more to do with big boy stocks. It's a way to identify a safe stock when the market turns.

XLPI spent most of last year buying its services with 504 stock. It wasnt until they went through two attempts at raising capital that the stock started being shorted immensely and went from .55 to where it is now.
Comparitively, it will only take good Quarterlies, a few more contracts, and the sky is the limit. Take a look at the float, the fact that they have a product with a historical track record going back to the 70's, and that they are on the ground floor of going bigtime. This may not be a trading stock of any real value, but come Q2 and Q3, watch out.

Somebody just paid .007 for 100000 sh. and some pretty big chunks at .006 have been going through.
Hopefully we get a PR on the far east sales soon. This stock and company have a LOT of potential for growth. Every day that greenhouse gases keep adding up, oil prices keep increasing and enterprises want to keep their fleets at 100% is a day that XcelPlus will be in demand. After going over the XcelPLus website extensively, I am impressed with the honesty, hardwork and perseverence that Bill, et al have demonstrated. I'm not in for much here (300K sh or so) and am prepared to lose it all but I just have a feeling that if they can keep getting sales (like the recent one), they're bound for success. I truly wish them well.
