I am not bailing, I also think something is still due out. I am giving it another week. Quite often these tips pan out and the volume appear to cooespond that something is up. IMO

Check around Feb. 2002 filings or news and you might find that Axia and Nexia are no longer connected. Names may have changed since then too.
Look under the rocks - and check your shoes. LOL

In June 2003, Nexia sold its interest in Wichita Development Corporation (Wichita) and its subsidiaries, Salt Lake Development Corporation and Wichita Properties, to Diversified Financial Resources Corporation (DFRC). The Company acquired all of the assets and liabilities of Axia Group, Inc. (Axia), including a portfolio of securities, real estate holdings and publicly reporting shell companies, in February 2002. It plans to operate the business acquired from Axia by providing financial consulting and real estate investment.

i took this to mean that they liqudated everything EXCEPT Axia, wich they aquired in 2002. did i misunderstand this ?

i'll look under the other shoe now.. : )

AH HA...

Kelly's Coffee Group, Inc. to Acquire Real Estate and Securities Portfolio
2002 Feb 15 8:35 AM
Kelly's Coffee Group, Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with AXIA Group, Inc. to acquire essentially all the assets and liabilities of AXIA in exchange for 255,100,000 shares of Kelly's. The stock issuance to AXIA will effectively transfer to AXIA approximately 82% of the total shares issued and outstanding in Kelly's. AXIA's assets include an extensive portfolio of securities, real estate holdings and publicly reporting shell-companies with gross assets of more than $10,000,000 and a net worth exceeding $5,000,000.

then....

2002 Mar 21 1:35 PM
Kelly's Coffee Group, Inc. announced that it has formally changed its name to Nexia Holdings Inc.

so kelly's coffies bought Axia, then changed its name to Nexia. i have yet to find data concerning any departure of Axia from Nexia.

thats both shoes worth for tonight.. : )

volume here started moving a lil.

Nexia/Axia:

Nexia is a diversified holding company which is an 82% majority owned subsidiary of Axia Group Inc. Nexia provides financial consulting services to private and public companies within a distinctive compensation structure that emphasizes securities-based consideration.

that's the latest i can find...

Hope everyone who is holdin this finds a good exit to get out without a big loss, I don't see this thing rising enough to make any money, even it you bought in @.0002 they will not let you sell at .0004
Its been swingin back and forth between that range so don't think you can just buy and sell that quickly and most of the people bought in @.0003 and .0004 so I think its safe to say that most of us lost or broke even, Be Careful!!!

I bought in on this stock as well, I admit, didn't due my DD. Well, I am doing some now. I called the number found at pinksheets and talked to one lady who put me though to another lady. I am new at this, didn't get any names. She sounded positive regarding how things are going and was very polite. I asked for a source of investor information but she could not help, specifically I wanted O/S. Anyway, she said that they are bidding on some very large jobs (I got the impression several bids, not just 1 or 2). She sounded positive regarding these bids and said that as soon as any of the bids are accepted and a contract developed PRs would follow. Soundfs to me like a good soild company with good prospects, I am not going to be happy with selling at my purchase price and break even, I am going to wait and make some $$. IMO.

If I put axag in a drawer for a while do you think it would be like eating surber's chit? I have read about him...I've not been burned... but have some of you been burned by him directly in past trades? Why do you think that it may still be a good day trade ?

well how about Allen Wolfson? you may not have been burned yet, but what a history:

---> NCI Holdings' majority shareholder was an investment partnership headed by Allen Wolfson's nephew Richard D. Surber, 31. <---

ok, so here's the story in a nutshell:

http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/business/special/stockfraud.nsf/0/1BF7DD86368CC91C86256EB1005D56DA?OpenDocument

any of these companies sounding familiar?

http://www.crimes-of-persuasion.com/BoilerRooms/sukumo_group.htm

i did my DD and the info is plenty easy to find.

i simply decided i dont wanna play in this sandbox anymore and i wanted to disclose it.

and why a good day trade? its a sub-penny with volume. im not gonna bash it. i dont need to ;-)
