Until they announce and are broadcasting on other carriers, this is going to be the norm. They can put out all the forward looking PR's they want and it won't change.

Remember this!!! read the following and then about the German sponsership =============== Chicago organizers of Gay Games VII today announced the signing of a contract with the California-based Q Television Network (Pink Sheets:QBID - News) granting the new gay network television, radio and Internet broadcast rights in a deal valued at more than $3.2 million. Gay Games VII Sports and Cultural Festival will take place in Chicago, IL, USA, 15-22 July 2006
As part of the deal, Q Television, a paid cable network, will unscramble its signal during the week of the Gay Games, ensuring broad-based access to the pageantry of the ceremonies, exciting sporting competitions, inspiring cultural and arts offerings, and the warmth and beauty of Chicago. Q Television will also serve as the agent for the worldwide redistribution of television, radio and Internet broadcast rights, allowing for access beyond Q Television's cable footprint, especially in international markets. The media rights sold do not prohibit standard news coverage.
"The Q Television Network is proud to now be the broadcast home of the Gay Games," said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "This is a major contract for Q Television. Lesbian and gay sports are a crucial part of the LGBT community and the Gay Games are the worldwide expression of the best in amateur sport. The Gay Games in Chicago will be a monumental event for the worldwide gay and lesbian community and we are thrilled to be the only television network to have an exclusive contract. We look forward to telling the stories of these amazing athletes and artists to our viewers."
CHICAGO, BERLIN ? Berlin-based Sergej Publishing has become the newest global sponsor of Gay Games VII Sports and Cultural Festival, scheduled for July 15-22, 2006 in Chicago.
In an agreement announced jointly in Berlin and Chicago, Sergej Publishing became a bronze-level sponsor with an almost $200,000 advertising contribution.
Sergej monthly magazines cover news, entertainment and lifestyle with a circulation of 90,000 in Berlin, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Dresden and Leipzig, Germany. Mate Magazine, another publication under Sergej Publishing's wing, is a quarterly glossy gay male lifestyle magazine focused on body, style and travel and has a circulation of 50,000 throughout Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Gay Games advertising and promotions with Mate and Sergej begin next month.
"We are extremely proud to support the Gay Games in Chicago," said publisher Olaf Alp. "The Gay Games movement has changed lives, challenged bigotry, and reduced stereotypes for more than 20 years."
Alp said Sergej has taken the time to get to know the people in Chicago, and believes they share the same goals and values as the LGBT communities in Germany and Europe. He said the company is working hard to make Gay Games VII welcoming for the whole world.
"We look forward to working with them to encourage Germans and other Europeans to travel to the Chicago in 2006 and participate in the seventh quadrennial Gay Games," Alp said.
"Our new partnership with Sergej Publishing is a great example of how the Gay Games can build bridges," said Kevin Boyer, Chicago Games, Inc. spokesman. "The mission of the Gay Games is to create greater understanding through sport and culture... In times like now, with world governments at odds over policies that affect every human being, the Gay Games and its ongoing mission take on special relevance. Joining together we send a message about peace, tolerance and unity."
Boyer traveled to Berlin in early November to meet with LGBT sports leaders at an event hosted by Vorspiel Sportverein fuer Schwule und Lesben, Berlin's largest LGBT sports organization.

Marva - that's what I'm talking about. forward looking statements (fluff). The only tangible thing that will move the stock is when viewers can put their arms around the TV and hug the Q on the screen.

Sounds like some of you have the "post holiday season blues"!
So snap out of it. You know the drill. "All we had to do is launch"...etc
In way of a reminder: 0).(!) Fundamentals:-Go back to your DD. 1). This is an amazing stock for the sub-penny world. 2). QBID has been around long enough to have real value. 3). QTelevision looks to be the best in it's ($600 billion) market. 4). If you feel confident to buy back in before the next rise, why then you know what to do.
Otherwise >>>> Hold em. Hold em. Hold em! The Q will rise.

The PR doesn't even say it will be advertise in USA today. It said publications SUCH as USA Today. Such is the key word. Such could mean publications similar to USA today but not exactly USA today . I'm in sales and the way you word stuff is very important. I do it all the time to make a sell without getting myself in troble legally

BOSTON (CNN/Money) - Late last year the Securities and Exchange Commission quietly proposed loosening some 70-year-old rules and regulations that have restricted the amount of information investors receive about initial public offerings -- unless those investors happen to be institutions and their well-heeled clients.
These rules probably should have been changed eight years ago. If they had been, it might have helped some investors keep their shirts during the tech bust.
The proposal, blandly named "Securities Offering Reform," will be a small first step toward modernizing the way IPO information is disseminated.

its all in the wording. you have to be very keen on these words.
you will find this to be true on E-bay. I got stuck once by a word like that on e-bay and now i read the descriptions very very very carefully.
learn to watch for these and you will see that whay you read is not always what you think you are reading.

I think USA today will have a bump with people buying the paper tommorow. I know I will but that's just my decision. I am long so if nothing is there I won't be too disappointed. Just curious. Good Luck. Only My Opinion.

I remember reading that at the time of the last failed launch they did take out full page adds in USA Today. If they took out full page adds in 2001 they will most likely do the same now.
