Thank You, I seen this about 10 minutes before it turned I monitored it and then seen NITE start raising the BID and I knew they were gonna let it run just because it fell so much. I guess this ended up going to .0013 about 30 min. after I posted. But I did see a rumor on another board that SYTR is gonna have a 1:100 R/S tomorrow so I guess the main thing is no one should ever keep these penny stocks overnight. I just don't like it when I give out one of my picks and then the very next day it does a R/S. My main goal is get in and get out ASAP it seems like I make the most money when I own a stock for like 8-10 minutes.
Also I guess we will find out if the R/S is gonna happen tomorrow or not. Also I think there are only 235 million shares out on this so I wonder why they would wanna do a R/S?

Item 3.03 Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders.
On December 3, 2004, and pursuant to authority previously granted the Registrant's board of directors, the Registrant amended its articles of incorporation to effect a reclassification in the nature of a 100 for 1 reverse split of its outstanding common and preferred shares. The amendment has a delayed effective date of December 14, 2004, when the Registrant will obtain a new trading symbol for its registered common shares. The reclassification will materially modify the rights of holders of each and every issued and outstanding share of the Registrant's common stock and preferred stock, including the preferred shares issued in the transaction described above in Item 3.02 of this Report. Pursuant to this action, the Registrant's issued and outstanding common shares will be reduced (before giving effect to rounding) from 215,808,038 to 2,158,080, and the Registrant's issued and outstanding preferred shares will be reduced from 10,125,934 to 101,260. http://biz.yahoo.com/e/041210/sytr.ob8-k.html

does anyone know if i can sell my shares right now, it says they are worth 14 grand, i bought them yeterday for 500. Mistake right?

Wow so it seems like this R/S did the share price good then because if you would have bought at close .001 yesterday the 1:100 R/S would have made your shares worth .10 after the split now it closed at .125 so I guess this is an instance where the R/S helped the shareholder out. Kool
