I know that a lot of people in this board follow this stock and knowing how people respond to this kind of news, fast selling, I figured I post the information for those in it.

That was it, had I ownwed it. I would have read the news carefully and reacted to it accordingly.

and then if you continue reading the phrase "Proposal" is also there. This not a done deal untill voting has concluded. here is the link that was pasted on one of the last pages that said 1:40. I think someone needs to read before posting.
