BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2004--Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MDGN - News), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz®, snore relief throat spray and Good Nights Sleep®, sleep aid throat spray, announced today that it has, as in the three previous months, increased sales by 20% over last year's November sales to $109,864.64. Gross Profit increased 23.6% to $76,651.
The company has continued to closely monitor its operating expenses and as a result is pleased to announce that it has decreased its expenses by $188,712 to $36,370 or 80.7%. Thus, net operating losses of $149,073 in 2003 have now become a Net Operating Profit of $54,280.00. In 2003, the company reported a Net Loss of $183,546 as compared to a Net Income(Profit) of $54,280 for November 2004 (an increase of 129.6%).

The Company expects to continue these upward trends throughout the current year, increasing its sales incrementally as it increases the distribution of its Brands nationally and internationally.
