InstaPay Systems, Inc. Announces Allowance of US Patent Tuesday October 19, 9:00 am ET
ATLANTA, Oct. 19, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- InstaPay Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:IPYS.OB - News) announced today that the patent application held by its Kryptosima subsidiary has been allowed by the US Patent and Trademark Office. ADVERTISEMENT
``This is an exciting development for InstaPay,'' stated Harry Hargens, President and CEO of InstaPay. ``This patent takes a broad approach to describing methods for implementing secure payment transactions on the Internet. It directly addresses the processes that our payENKRYPT(r) service uses to enable ATM card transactions for web merchants, so we are optimistic that it provides strong protection of payENKRYPT's market position. However, because of the broad approach the patent takes, it may also apply to many other online payment methodologies.''

noramlly, i don't like these types of financing deals..... BUT,
in this case i think Joe Million has it correct......
has anybody read up on the patent? have you considered how important a flat-rate ATM card transaction would be to retailers on E-bay????? using your ATM card from home???priceless...LOL
normally a retailer pays a 2- to 5% fee for a credit card transaction.....ATM cards are much friendlier.....and it appears that with this new product, they are more secure too...
the very low float here will just be LOW (not very low) after this deal, and i think there is a lot of $$$$$$$$ to be made here...
