I'll go with.....no. If I'm not mistaken the second entry is the CMI shares that were issued last year and note that one says NASDAQ. This year we're getting CIM shares that will say AMEX from now until the end of time, then next year we'll probably get some other CMI/CIM/C?? shares that will be restricted for all eternity and they'll probably say NYSE.

LMAO!!! No way! CMKX will be lucky to survive and go on OTC-BB -- if they don't go BK first. Doesn't anyone remember that the Amex requires a history of positive earnings as well as other standards?

Then how did CYPT (now HIV) move to AMEX?
