LAS VEGAS, Sept. 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sports Wheels Inc., (Other OTC:SSWH.PK - News), a premiere wheel technology company, today announced the decision by the Company's Board of Directors to retain a prominent independent auditing firm to gain fully-reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This action is being undertaken in anticipation of a broader initiative to apply for Nasdaq's Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board market, increase Sports Wheels' public profile and grow market share for the Company's product line.

The Company has identified an auditing firm that is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), as is required for all accounting firms performing audits of public companies by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

(Other OTC:SSWH.PK - News), a premiere wheel technology company, today announced that the company is going to display the ``Camouflage'' wheel line at the annual SEMA Show November 2-5 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company anticipates that future lines will be released on or after the SEMA show.

Sports Wheels Retains HJ & Associates as Independent Auditing Firm

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sports Wheels Inc., (Pink Sheets:SSWH), a premiere wheel technology company, today announced that the Company has retained HJ & Associates as its independent auditing firm. This action was taken as part of its effort to gain fully-reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
HJ & Associates is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), as is required for all accounting firms performing audits of public companies by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and maintains membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SEC and Private Companies Practice Sections of the AICPA and is a member of the RSMi McGladrey Network of Firms.

I beleive that before you buy a stock you have to like what the company does. I checked their web site and saw the mag wheels they make and I think they look great. Once they hit the market I think they're going to be extremely popular.

I did call the new IR guy for SSWH and his name is Andrew Bayer and his ph# is 951 587 8072. This is what I found out, but you gotta promise to do your own DD? He was introduced thru SSWH consulting firm Javelin Hldg.s Consulting Corp. Never worked for a car accessories co. before. SEMA is basically the launchng point for SSWH. Sema is fron Nov. 1st to the 5th and has 1900 vendors and aprox 100k professional attendees. Just starting investor relations for the co. on a professional level. He's admitted that SSWH does has licensing for a sports team. Did not reveal the team. He will be overseeing the website content and especially pr's. He knows they need work. He mentioned that pr's will be coming out more frequently. He would like to see a couple a week or even maybe 4 if the co.s news will let it happen. It all depends on the news the company gets and that he believes to put the news out asap on that day. He said he likes to put pr's out before the market or after the market times. he said he even had huge success on Saturdays for the following Monday. But basically the frequency of pr's will increase. Will be working on the website and will look into getting a sportsteam or Nascar on the site when the sportsteam will let it happen as well as looking into seeing if the online ordering will be available before the SEMA show. I pointed out that the pr's need a lot of work as well as the website. Also on the website he said that he knows they have am email alert there that has never been used and he hopes to utilize that soon for quick updates to investors. So after this call I sorta felt that they will hopefully get SSWH more noticed leading up to the SEMA show and hopefully have a much better share price. I mean it would not take much for a 100% share price increase from where we are now on the share price (.0012). I hope I can increase my position soon.Have a good nite.
