From P/R July 08

"We believe that our shareholders will soon see first hand what AFRC has worked so hard to build."

"2004 has been and will continue to be a very exiting year of growth an progress"

Here we go with the first hand - I am down 95% on my investment. So I am the shareholder who is misled, punished and victimized by the company I am investing in. What American Fire retardand is doing towards its shareholders is a criminal act that should not be left unpunished!!!

James Wheeler told me a couple weeks ago that they are working to increase the shareholders value. They decided to sell Glovebox for a "substancial profit"
From P/R Aug.23:
'Mr. James Wheeler, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of American Fire Retardant Corp., said, "This transaction will benefit the company and shareholders of American Fire Retardant, not only from the profit derived from the sale but by allowing us to stay focused on our core competencies and the growth mandate initiated by Mr. Stephen F. Owens." He added, "We have made tremendous progress this year in areas of debt reduction and have made strides towards overall profitability."'

Lies, lies and more lies.... I am down 95% on my investment in AFRC.

I want my money back and I want the AFRC to be accountable for all the damages to the shareholders.

Alone I can only voice myself, together we can make a change!!!

No offense, Electrospiro, but that Pr came out one month to the day that I warned you about AFUQ:

What is to say that they plan on diluting the common shares BEFORE the reverse split? A dilution + a reverse split = pretty much the same outcome, regardless of which order they take place in.
IMO, the idea of another R/S ocurring prior to the dillution would better serve AFRT, because with the R/S factored into the equation prior to the dilution, each of those dillution shares would then be worth what the post-R/S PPS would be, as opposed to what the pre-R/S PPS was.Perhaps AFRT is considering another R/S because the last one did not compensate them enough in their minds for selling out their investors, so now that they have no soul and the truth about their apathy towards investors has come to life, they figure "what the hell- it's gonna be a long, long time before investors start trusting us again, so the least that we can do at this point, is take every nickel we can get".
Further, it would better serve AFRT, because the market would never suspect a R/S prior to dilution, as opposed to everyone bailing once the dilution takes place for fear of another R/S. Remember- AFRT is not like most stocks- nor does its management really give much of a damn about the investor.
Remember that just over three months ago, few if any saw any probabilty of AFRR pulling yet another reverse-split. After all, they had just done one less than a year earlier. Now that everyone knows AFRT's sub-annual game, AFRT is forced to make up a new strategy.
Good Luck, and an extra prayer for everyone involved in this one.
