NOAH,
I think PEDRO's post is probably pretty close to what is happening, and what will take place shortly! More truth than fiction in his post (IMO). CMKX is not going to be able to "move" (pps) as it stands, so it becomes an empty shell in the end. I have thought this for months, and everything I am seeing seems to be confirming it!! It is going to take faith and trust on our part to "stay" the course for a little longer. The MM's have made a lot of money, but they also know it's about over and they will no longer have any control over coming events. That kind of makes me smile when I think about it. It'll be fun to watch!!!! Just my opinion of course!!!

You're a big help! Thank You again!!

I think it can easily support .01 provided we have minerals and diamonds, which I think we do have, and lots of it at that...

Give it some more time, add like 200k more shares if possible, than we will see .01 on some real news! If we get to a higher exchange we will see that, in my opinion. Like moving off .pk to OTC/BB, then eventually onto AMEX...

With each jump onto a higher exchange, more buying power comes into play...

Hope this helps Case, I want to see .15 one day not .01

Also next season I hope the garden will be green and byrd-ferious

I also suggest growing Corn...

You aren't a MAN until you have planted, cared for, grew and picked your Corn crops...

I am being serious too... There is nothing like the feeling of knowing that your Corn plant relies on you And then you get some corn on the cob afterwords... It is a win win situation with Corn!

FYI!

The are red plum tomatoes (my favorite), and next year I am going to grow cherry tomatoes, apparently they do well in pots.
I would love to see Albino tomatoes, I saw once an Albino bird (the real bird the one you see in the city with hanging around with doves). And my mother grows potatoes, and I remember the old days (may be 25 years ago when I was 7 and up) when my grandparents grew fields of them, fun to pick and throw on each other.

Yea CMKX kept me on my toes too....few sad things this summer too but I always stay on the positive side. Hope all is good with you now.

PS blue potatoes - where they really blue.

They were bluish-purple... But blusih over all...

Plum tomaotoes, so I take it they are pretty big...

My dream is to have a small 8 acre farm in Maine or Vermont... Just grow two or three acres of corn, an acre of tomoatoes, 1 of pumpkins and watermelon, an acre of all berries, ect... Maybe one day!

lol...

Peppermint plants are nice, if you are into herbs (lol I know I am ) Also, I wouldn't mind growing my own Tabbacoo (spelling) plant just for the sake of saying I grew one...lol... I don't even smoke cigs (Yuck!)...

So many things to grow..lol...

You can also grow your own Mushrooms (Not a big fan of these guys,lol)...

No they are not that big (2 inches long) - they are just elongated, not very acidic.

Cool dreams - but make sure you have someone to do all the work, its not that easy

Funny you say - but I have pepper mint growing in front of the house too lol - spreading like a weed but nice weed. Just let you on little secret, what ever I want to experiment with I seed it in front of the house.....lol

Talk to you later kiddo just remember got to go eat 'the lunch' wow 12:30 already and feels like I just woke up....( )

The moon was funny, very funny!

Just Info

Item 5. Other information

General. The Company's financial resources have been substantially exhausted and management does not know of any significant additional financing available to the Company. The Company has no continuing on-going business operations at this time. The Company has been seeking, since early 1995, to satisfy its trade debt other than through a court supervised process, which would entail significant administrative expenses. The Company has been able to satisfy a substantial portion of its trade debt, but in light of its financial position, it is unlikely any payments will be made on its other indebtedness, which has been voluntary subordinated to the Company's trade creditors.

SEC Reporting Obligations. Because of the Company's financial condition and its consequent difficulty paying the attendant legal and accounting expenses, its ability to continue to meet its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 remains questionable. The financial statements included with its Form 10-KSB for the year ended January 31, 2002, were not audited by an independent certified accountant, because the Company could not afford the cost of an audit.

Inability to Pay Indebtedness. Management does not presently anticipate that any of its outstanding obligations under its Operations Advances, Gold Delivery Contracts and term debt, a substantial portion of which outstanding obligations are held
by members of the Company's board of directors, can be satisfied. Accordingly, management does not believe, as a practical matter, that there is any remaining value to be ascribed to the Company's outstanding preferred stock or common stock.

Status of Properties. The status of the Company's mineral properties has not changed from the description contained in Item 2 of the Company's Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2002.

I just called my broker (lowtrades) and asked about the UCAD dividend since people on other boards are reporting they’re getting statements showing the UCAD dividend had posted in their accounts. To my surprise, there are UCAD shares set up in a separate account for me (I think he said it was a margin account). He told me the amount of shares and doing a quick calculation the distribution rate was 0.0000155. I asked if the shares were showing restricted and he said yes. He did not know how long the shares would be restricted. I then asked about any applicable fees once they became unrestricted and I wanted to sell them and he said it depends whether or not they need to go through the TA for that transaction. If they do (which is not the norm) there would be a fee from the TA. Otherwise, there would not be any fees.

At least some positive news albeit the distribution rate would suggest a 483b o/s which compared to 800b or 1.5t does not sound too bad!!!

BTW, these shares will not show up in your online accounts, probably because they are restricted.

Yet more info from call to SGGM
« Thread started on: Today at 1:37pm »

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Post from dustybutler1 at Mach's board. Link below. Sugarpaw

She indicated SGGM and CMKX were two separate companies, she is Urban's niece (and not Ron's daughter) but works solely for SGGM, and there will be PRs starting next week that will explain many, many things... including the $10M!
Just adding more bandwidth

She said she has been getting about 250 calls a day... not surprised by that, are we haha

Very professional IR person... just the way you want someone in that capacity to be. I wouldn't be surprised to see SGGM make a move next week... it is now at .305 on 800K volume... up 17% today.

Pedro’s Theory

well i'd have to say that this theort sounds better then most and events of the last 2 months sure seem to head that way. but as with all theories a few ?'s remain as in how do you divide a dividend up to twice the number of shares as the a/s and not be able to go to the SEC or some da** goverment org and say folks look at this!!!! i mean if you have records saying 1.6 trillion shares are owned by somebody and you a/s was 500 billion 1 month ago do you even need a judge for the lawsuit??? you think bungs gonnads (see qbid) are in bad shape. even if UC screwed up and issued 300 billion shares over the a/s and had to correct the problem after the fact you got somebodys short hairs in a vise grip. does anyone think it would be ok to just let the mm's off the hook scott free. say " here we will just give everyone shares of all these other companies to make up for the mm's greed and just tell them shame, shame. if that happens i'm going back to my aged opium theory.
