YouthStream Media Networks, Inc., incorporated in 1995, was engaged in selling decorative wall posters, frames and related items to teenagers and young adults at on-campus sales events, in retail stores and via the Internet. The Company conducted its retail activities through its Beyond the Wall (BTW) subsidiary. BTW purchased products from vendors located primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States. It served strictly as a distributor of posters and does not retain the licensing rights to the poster titles. Prior to August 2002, YouthStream was also engaged in the media business. The media segment represented its media, marketing and promotional services provided to advertisers by Network Event Theater, Inc. and American Passage Media, Inc. On August 5, 2002, the Company sold substantially all of the assets and certain liabilities from this segment to Cass Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Alloy, Inc., and discontinued its operation. In March 2004, BTW sold substantially all of its assets and operations to a group unaffiliated with the Company (which included certain former management of BTW). As a result of the sale, the Company no longer has any active business operations. The Company is considering various strategic alternatives, including the acquisition of one or more new business opportunities, which may be from related or unrelated parties.

During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2003 (fiscal 2003), BTW sold posters through two distribution channels: on-campus sales events and a chain of retail stores. BTW's on-campus sales events were held at more than 600 colleges and universities in the United States in the fall and spring of fiscal 2003. More than 500,000 posters, frames and other items were purchased during these events, generating approximately 53% of the Company's retail segment revenues for fiscal 2003. As of September 30, 2003, BTW operated a chain of 18 retail stores operating in 12 states nationwide, including the District of Columbia. During fiscal 2003, stores were operating near college and university campuses, in urban locations, in tourist destinations and in malls. BTW's stores generated approximately 46% of the Company's retail segment revenues for fiscal 2003. The remainder of BTW's sales were generated primarily through its Website, www. beyondthewall.com.

In September 2003, YouthStream made a capital contribution for a 1.00% membership interest in KES Holdings, LLC. KES Holdings is a limited liability company that was formed to acquire certain assets of Kentucky Electric Steel, Inc., which consists of a steel mini-mill located in Ashland, Kentucky.

Looks like we might have already missed the run since .15, RSI is over 80, slow stoch is near 80, and it has broken the bolinger bands. Is it still worth buying into at this point? What ya think dog?

Just puttin' it on the watch list. It's been on a steady climb and could be good for a 25 -30% spike if it had any news.
