What kind of question is that? No one on this board is a mind reader. However, I might be able to offer you a guess as to where the COMPANY will be but not the share price which is what you really want obviously. As I stated in the TFCT thread, the latest 10-Q was quite disappointing. TFCT hyped it up a good deal that they had good earnings. When in fact alot of their earnings was chalked up to asset appreciation, a gauge that can be manipulated and is non recurring. Also, 9 million shares are now in the O/S that were not there as of last quarter. They say they dont need to dilute to fund ongoing operations, so now management is cashing out, which is perfectly reasonable for them to do so. They have built a good company and they should recieve some pay in the form of selling shares. The company has alot of potential, but they do not seem to be banking on their greatest source of potential, prizewise. They continue to acquire more companies instead of excelling with their current portfolio. The company should continue to grow in revenues, profits, and unfortunately O/S as it goes forward for the next year or so.
The main catalyst for a PPS upward movement?
Positive cashflow from Prizewise. And I believe that once it starts flowing, it will really be letting the floodgates open. Everything hinges on the ability to steal market share from Ebay, Yahoo, and the other online auction sites. I would not speculate a guess as to the PPS in the future however, because increases in the A/S and O/S could continue to negate growth. But once prizewise catches on, its a freight train that not even a massively dilutive management should be able to catch up with.
