Wireless High-Speed Broadband Service to Commence Within Two Weeks
FT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/29/04 -- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (OTC: GTRD), traded on the Over the Counter Pink Sheets, Announced today that Global TV, INC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad, is presently installing a 300ft tower at their new corporate offices located on Federal Highway in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This marks one of four territories to be live and operational with the other three located in Miami, Hollywood, Florida, and recently announced Sherman Oaks, CA. Global TV is upgrading to the new 802.11-SuperG wireless Internet technology that will be able to deliver service within a fifteen (15) mile radius, and with Global TV's amplifiers and repeaters, the service will be expanded to reach a radius of thirty (30) miles.

I spoke with them and they said the hurricane in florida set them back a few days but their compression technology that supposed to revolutionize the internet could debut next week.

( GTRD ) announced today the company has formed a strategic alliance with MobilePro Corp, a wireless technology and broadband telecommunications company based in Bethesda, MD with operations in Hurst, Houston, Dallas and Beaumont TX, Coshocton, OH, Kansas City, KS, Janesville, WI, Detroit, MI, Shreveport, LA and Tucson, Arizona. ( GTRD ), traded on the Over The Counter Pink Sheets, announced today the signing of a 24 month $2,000,000.00 memorandum of understanding to enter into a License Agreement with Alberto Granite, Inc. ("AGI") of Argentina. Under the terms of the License, AGI, an international conglomerate, will receive territory rights to provide Global Triad's next generation wireless broadband technologies for their properties and offices throughout Argentina and Brazil. In addition, AGI will act as a reseller, offering wireless technology and broadband telecommunications to customers in Argentina and Brazil.
Pursuant to the arrangement, the companies will jointly pursue select wireless projects utilizing Global Triad's systems and wireless technologies. The Agreement further stipulates that AGI will place properties with a current value of $5,000,000.00 into Global Triad as collateral for operations and payments over the next 24 months.

Pursuant to the recently announced signing of a 24-month $2,000,000.00 License Agreement with Alberto Granite, Inc. The pps has increased almost 100% in the last week on what seems to be very low volume. Is this true and if so is that good and what cause this increase? Still trying to figure this stuff out. Thanks for the help!
