DRKD: I've been watching this stock for a while now, and now it seems ready for a run. Reasons: It's starting to make an upward movement from its 52 week low. Technical indicators favour a run. Most importantly, S8 is was pretty much done this week, and like most stocks these days, it might have a post S8 run. Watch for big movement and don't forget to do your own DD. DRKD nice find, looks favourable for a run, mainly because in a ****ty market like this, post stocks that have a run are those moving up from the 52 week low, or those that have finished their S8 or some other filing aspect, and DRKD fits both. nice find, have a nice weekend

DRKD looks decent, hope it runs/pops/whatever. Regardless, of anything stocks that run are rare nowadays..we barely get one or two good ones, and most of them are bounces off the bottom. Posts: 18 | Registered: May 2004

I honestly cannot give you a concrete answer as far as the float is concerned, according to otcbb.com their outstanding shares last year was 2.9 mill, something which i highly doubt. They've had an S8 after it, and according to my calculations it is over. Posts: 37 | Registered: May 2004

I do not know how much of a change has occurred since 3/23/04 but I bet that there has been some changes.
They already have it in a Form 8-K dated March 23rd of this year, that they gave Jared Gold 70 million shares & that equates to approximately 96% O/S. So if those numbers are the same there would only be a 1.2 million float. http://biz.yahoo.com/e/040323/drkd.ob8-k.html
Well that makes me wonder. Their 3 month average volume (1,204,469) is basically their float. As far as trading goes this thing looks like a powder keg.

I said they were notified of the BE listing, but after posting that my email was returned. Failure to deliver to the address listed in the company's PR.
