I bought in a while back @ .027, then after the last news bit about the acquisitino came out, it ran for 3 minutes up to .037 I think, then back down, I was lucky to sell @ .032.

MBA Inc. has applied for and has been awarded the trademark of the name: Screamin' Eagle Warranty by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

MBA Inc. accounting staff and auditors are working to complete the financial audit of the First Eagle Group books and records. This audit should be completed in the next few weeks and sales projections will be released at that time. We have confidence in our nationwide marketing group to quickly make these programs a winner and are very optimistic for the future motorcycle and auto extended warranty business.

The manufacturer's factory motorcycle warranty programs, an expanded nationwide marketing of the Screamin' Eagle Warranty program and a comprehensive extended motorcycle warranty program for all lines of motorcycles, will begin by July 15, 2004.
