BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, June 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- UgoMedia Interactive
Corp (Pink Sheets:UGMI) (name change to Sciax Corporation pending) announced
today that the company has been given an opportunity to provide instruction on
Wolf Pack technology to students enrolled in training courses conducted by the
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Firearms and Tactical Training
Division. ICE is part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the
Training Division provides programs to many agencies falling under the purview
of DHS.

"We very much appreciate the opportunity from our friends at ICE to brief their
students on the Wolf Pack system," stated Ken Smart, President of Sciax. "There
are many compelling applications for Wolf Pack in the law enforcement activities
of DHS and this is an ideal way to communicate the advantages of our system."

The Sciax Wolf Pack is a highly modularized opto-electronic remote viewing
system used by law enforcement and military personnel. The reconfigurable,
multi-operational design of Wolf Pack makes the system ideal for many
applications in physical security, drug and contraband interdiction, tactical
response and protective security. Wolf Pack electronics and optical components
are built to high standards of durability, allowing successful deployment in
harsh conditions that would prohibit the use of many conventional imaging
systems.

"Wolf Pack provides tactical users with a reliable solution to some of the real
world risks they face everyday," said Mario Martinez, President of HRT Training
Corp and a consultant to Sciax. "I am pleased to be associated with Sciax in
their efforts to educate operators in the law enforcement and military
communities on the life saving benefits of Wolf Pack technology."

military personnel engaged in counter-terrorism and other special security

Dog - what is a girl to do? These companies post news at the very end of the day or early morning and once the stock market opens up again - the price is way up. You rush in to buy it - and then it tanks. What is your advice?

That is probably the number one daytrading dilemma. I don't like to buy right at the bell personally. Like to wait at least twenty minutes to a half hour at least if possible. Watch how fast and possitive the thing is moving. Many times I wait for the dip from profit taking and then ride the wave the second time through. Can't say this is always the case though as gut feeling makes me jump. Just have to be prepared to take small loss if it turns around on you. Don't sit and watch it tank while wringing your hands and cussing at monitor. Take loss and move on. Next play is just minutes away. Something is always moving. Just keep digging and you'll find a bone. Good Luck.

Canadian Border Security Agency to Assist in Developmental Evaluation of New Wolf Pack Camera Module

BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, June 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- UgoMedia Interactive Corp (Pink Sheets:UGMI) (name change to Sciax Corporation pending) announced today that the Canadian Border Security Agency (CBSA) will be assisting in the developmental evaluation of the company's new C7d zoom camera module. "We have a long relationship with CBSA and its predecessor, the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency," stated Ken Smart, President of Sciax. "CBSA assistance in evaluating new Wolf Pack capabilities is extremely valuable to us given their long term field experience with our systems."

The Sciax Wolf Pack is a highly modularized opto-electronic remote viewing system used by law enforcement and military personnel. The reconfigurable, multi-operational design of Wolf Pack makes the system ideal for many applications in physical security, drug and contraband interdiction, tactical response and protective security.
