Ok my take on qbid... It is like a lottery ticket and you never know you might hit it big and then again you might not..
Im new to penny stocks and otc stock but the first thing everyone told me is to get your own money out as soon as profit and ride free shares..

OK NOW HERE IS SOMETHING POSITIVE FROM ME...
ARE YOU LISTENING I KNOW IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE.
Well I have had my penguins hard at work and there is only one positive thing about this mark guy that i can find.. Every company he has ever worked has launched and when i say launched i mean you could turn on your tv and watch it if you were in the viewing area ..

It's a thread on Allstock called "Q 3 YEars Ago" its not actually 3 years old, but has a good list of info on there that has been compiled over the last 3 years.

1BIGTIP gives a great history. TickerToo just read old posts from an old board to see if any confirmable "dirt", ie, bankruptcy, fraud, etc, could be found mentioned or linked in those old posts. None found in the posts. kind of like if in the year 2007 you decided to review this allstocks board and ALL the threads pertaining to QBID.

Well like i posted yesterday Insight did not have any info on QTV. No internal information to even announce its arrival and I called Ameritech cable in prospect heights where I used to live - nothing there either. Will try TCI cable (if they are still around) for mid michigan tomorrow.

And for those who are saying that this launch if for the carriers to get to know QTV - well what was up with the convention then? Was that not supposed to 'introduce' them to the carriers.

Give it some time, networks don't get launched in a week, its been one day since their hard launch and everybody is all doom and gloom. Companies have procedures to comply with and lots and lots of red tape, picking up a new network takes time. For anyone that doesn't sit behind a computer screen all day and trade stocks, there are a lot of obstacles in the corporate world that take time to overcome. There is a lot of legal work, contracts etc. New publications, customer advertising etc., developing a sales pitch, it all takes time.

Nobody has confirmed a carrier won't pick them up. Give these guys a chance to make their dream a reality. Everyone is so impatient and wants money now but isn't willing to wait more than a few days for it. Then they see the stock go down and sell out of impatience and fear. The stock market is driven by fear and greed. Both are evident on this thread. Just take a step back and reevaluate the situation, if you don't believe in this company sell and don't ruin it for the rest of us who still believe in the company and the idea. If you're a believer, hold your shares and buy more if it goes down. A lot of people have sold this out of fear and now their pissed they lost half their money so they pretty much start bashing this stock and try to sabotage it for everybody else.

There are many reasons why people want to bash this stock right now and create doubt. Some want to have the opportunity to buy cheaper shares, some have lost money, some just get pleasure out of watching others lose money, MMs will want to load up on cheap shares.

Think about it. Nothing has changed with Q Television, they're still doing what they have been doing all along, they've put the ball in the carriers' court, now its just a short wait to see who picks up the ball. The time is still perfect for this, nothing has changed. Just because the stock goes down everybody immediately thinks they are a bunch of crooks and a fraud. If you put your emotions aside relating to the recent price movements and think about the company and its prospects rationally, you will still see the potential. There's still risk in this, a lot of it, and it is the reward potential that brought us to this investment.

I am during start up of small business with few of my friends. Authorized service station of one Norwegian company in the field of marine electronics.
Geez, exclusive territory contract , about 70 pages. Lawyers are freaking out, liablity insurance reps are freaking out etc. delay after delay. we are prepared for market entry technically but papers are forming the biggest barrier!!
How small this venture is comparing to launch of national alternative lifestyle tv station!!!

I fully understand Q situation!!!

And believe that they will feed their product to customers VERY soon. After 1st carrier announcement wait for the domino effect!!!

Oh trust me I do understand that money is money regardless of the fact that they may come from free shares. I have free shares and the total value on those shares has been on a steady decline. So yes I do care. Never said I did not. As for the concept of the G&L TV network - it is a great one. I think most everyone here agrees to that effect...well maybe everyone except for that so called conspiracy coaliton that may or may not be at work here. I would want nothing more than for this thing to take off and trailblaze its way across the North America and the rest of the world.

For the name? Well I only put QTV because of the constant reminder from a poster that it is QTV not QBID when we refer to it on our phone calls to local cable companies. Of course the website being qtelevision kind of helps in that aspect as well.

A hundred million shares? Well I will let those who believe you have that to believe it. If you do by all means more power to you. If not well I believe someone on the viacom owned board has 186 million at last count. But who really knows. Most of the threads that contain share count tallies are full of people inflating the number of shares they own.

As for being a muli millionaire? Well I really do not know for certain on that either. You did say you sold your way up to 1 and 1/2 million dollars in cash with this stock. I applaude you for that. In fact I even sent you a message congratulating you on it back when you stated that. I wish I could do that but I am content with how much I have made so far and am hoping to continue the streak...if not for me - at least for the rest of my friends on here who are still in very deep and need this to trade to twice the level it is at to be in a much better position. I do not like to see anyone get burned. This is a community right?

Ok, yes things are gloomy but hey you ain't been told you are going to die..... Yes I am the eternal optimist, see 8 years ago a doctor walked in and told me I had a 10cm tumor in my thymus gland, which is a lymph node right in front of your heart. I was 25 with two young sons. The time between those words and my surgical biopsy was almost to the date where we are right now. The significance is just that it is on my mind today. It was July 2, 1995 and I had to wait till the 4th was over and the doctor got back to have the surgery. July 6th I had the biopsy and as I came out of anesthesia the doctor said you have cancer, it is Hodgkin’s lymphoma and we can treat it. CANCER! Man this sucks! Why me? and all that over the next 7 days I read and read to learn as much as I could. What I found was a lot of people 5-18 and 50-90 who had this battle to fight along with me. I went to my first treatment and I met a young man of 17 who missed most of his senior year due to the treatments and will never have kids due to the treatment. Another lady was 85 years old and had to be carried in and out for her treatments. Me, I was a young strong 25-year-old male 2 years out of the Joint Special Forces working with DOD and still running 5 miles a day. People right then and there I realized I was lucky. I have been in a war, 2 "U.S. Policing Actions", a helicopter crash and survived cancer. I am a vary hard man to upset. I would love to make millions on a penny stock but for different reasons than most. My favorite past time is to find truly motivated people and help them realize their full potential and see them make their dreams come true. We may win or loose this venture with QBID but it has been and still is an incredible learning experience both academically and emotionally. I hope no one has invested all of their savings in this and if you have, do your best to look at what wonderful things you already have in your life. Take a walk through a cancer treatment facility and look at the faces and just watch them for a few minutes. You will learn they are people with families and dreams, just like us and if they can win their battle, they will evolve into people who cannot be stopped by anything. Allot of this probably does not belong here but just remember it can always get worse. And in our darkest hour that dim flicker of hope becomes our torch.
