ok When they hired Devenney that was great news.. and i you heard nothing out of me. but now you got a guy with experience and he has alot of it. Which is great news.. BUT LOOK AT HIS BACKGROUND WHEN YOU DO A SEARCH ALL YOU COME UP WITH IS BAD NEWS.

Now for those of you comparing this to walmart. walmart is an up and running company with billions of dollars of income each year. Q television is not up and running yet and they do not have billions of dollars of income yet so please dont compare this to other companys in other ballparks there is no comparison..

I complain about my SUNW, VTSS, MSFT, etc on the forums for them whenever they fail to deliver.
Heck I have even gone to shareholder meetings to voice my disgust regarding certain actions

I apologize if I missed that post. Denz- It was a legit concern, besides, me and Di are on the same sided today. Once again, sorry if I missed that post Di.

I don't get how people can believe that QTN is more of a gamble now then it was in May. They have hired two new exects in the past week to help them complete there launch. They have contracts with carriers. They are still on track to launch this quarter. I see these as reasons to stay in.

1st 2 Wednesdays of this month we closed positive. The last 2 Wednesdays of this month we closed Negative. Not that anyone cares.

See, people who know how to trade and make money off trading, buy on the dips or buy when everyone sells. People who don't know what their doing sell when price drops. You can accumulate, regain, double your money if you keep buying on the drop..

All history aside, this guys resume is very impressive...especially where TV, radio & the cable industry is concerned.

Isn't that a positive for this little company? And I emphasize LITTLE COMPANY - this is not MTV where resources are unlimited folks, this is a very small start-up company that is working its butt off to get off the ground.

Some of the expectations for this little company to take off like a rocket and make you rich are just unrealistic. Give them the necessary time to do what they need to do. I think it's fair to say that most everyone of us have absolutely no idea what it takes to create a network such as QTV, but as a business owner, I know that for any business to be successful, it's extremely time consuming and requires a tremendous amount of hard work.

I for one will not join in the parade of bashing Frank & CO, but will rather get off their backs and allow them to do what they say they will. Those looking for instant gratification are in the wrong line!!

As a qbid owner since GAAY days, I still believe in the concept of the company - it's fantastic and full of potential!

They are also STILL in the business world, along with the political world! Now with the help of the system. The men in politics rarely give up there business conections when attaining office. Chaney and Bush still have interest in oil and arms.

Were are they now? You can only be a crook so long in the business world. Would you bank with Jeb now? Would you speculate on realistate with Hilary (white water)? There are countless examples. Thats why they are now in politics, career crooks.
There are a very limitted number of people who can play prof sports at the level we expect them to, thats why they can get away with what they do. They beat people, steal, or whatever but they are hard to replace and bring in $$$. Would you hire Moss for anything other than catching a ball or pitching your product?

SMC, I dont think some of us are trying to bash this stock but as INVESTORS we do our research and when all we can find is bad info we look for someone else to show us something good. You will never hear me say sell your shares.. or buy i recommend everyone does their own research.
I own other stocks also and when people bring up negative info on the company i look into and come back with good to rebut what they have stated. but when i cannot find anything good i have to take a step back and say do i want to take a chance of losing my profits or cut my losses

I believe I can answer this easily.

We had a pr that said we had paid NTI 50 thousand dollars for the first and last months use of the satellite feed they set up for the Q. Transmission started on the 15th Day of May. On the 15th Day of July the two months of payment will end. Therefore unless an additional 25K dollars per month is paid the signal will stop.

Does this help you out any. No rocket science here. Just straight business acumen.

That can't possibly be what penny-trader was refering to. He seemed, to me, to imply that it was much more of a hurdle than that, more of a make or break situation.

Thanks, anyway.

BTW, Dragon how is it that you know so much about the folks at QTN. You mentioned a couple of weeks ago that you were familiar in very discriptive terms about a couple of people that work there. Steve being the main person. You also mentioned dress and mannerisms.
When and how is it that you are so familiar with these people? Will you please share that info.

Thanks again,

THANK YOU- SOMETIMES IN DD--EVEN THO YOU FEEL YOU ARE DOING A GOOD JOB--WE AS HUMANS MISS IMPORTANT DETAILS. THAT'S WHY TEAM WORK IN THIS BUSINESS IS ESSENCIAL. GIVING PEOPLE THE INFORMATION THEY NEED TO MAKE THEIR OWN CHOICE. GOOD OR BAD. I FEEL TODAY'S DISCUSSIONS AND OPINIONS HAVE BEEN CIVIL, FACTUAL BASED AND INFORMATIVE. CAN'T ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT.

THROWING OUT DATES AND GAME PLAYING--NA-NANA-NA-NA I KNOW SOMETHING YOU DON'T KNOW IS IGNORANT, IRRATATING AND SUCKS. IMHO

THANKS AGAIN FOR INFO. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE 16TH.

IS THE CONTRACT WITH SATELITE FEED RE-NEWABLE? HOPE SO. MAYBE THAT CAN OF WORMS CAN BE OPENED UP ANOTHER TIME? LOL

This isn't a good day to mess with the Q thread, and we, along with Jason, would like to nip this in the bud. Thanks, Bob.

hey dz

sorry sir I have to disagree on a few points. Lets take the professional sports team example first. A member of the Phoenix Suns, current Nets all-star Jason Kidd hit his wife over a dispute as to what to feed their child. Kidd went to counseling, was traded to the Nets and turned them into a serious title contender. Now he’s a hero in Jersey. What he did did not affect his playing abilities. The foul was away from the ball if you will. Granted if they did something that puts them behind bars then yeah it would affect their ability to play since they will not be able to. What I am trying to say is that I do not think we can use the athletes with criminal histories as an example that will work in this case since this guy's shadyness has been while he was in a position of trust in an ongoing concern (business)

Our political leaders ... there is a really really good humor piece on how many of them have DUI's and how many of them were arrested etc. Let me see if I can find it and post it - it is absolutley incredible. But getting back on point - the difference with these folks is that we elected them. We did not elect the guy we are all talking about today. I understand your point and where you are trying to go with it but again I do not think we can use it as a counterpoint though.

Of course Q is still a risk - any company on the pinks is a risk. We all should be well aware of the risks involved in buying shares of companies here. If they have to hire people at this stage in the game then it makes me think not everything was all wrapped up as they made it sound weeks ago. They have been at this point before. People wont be so unforgiving this time around though. At least it did not dip into sub penny today - I am only down a few grand on it today.

good luck to all who are still here...
