Breezer you just have to look at the most actives, price gainers, percentage gainers like he does and you'll find all of these. Yes they will already be up 100-300% but you can watch it and possibly jump in yourself.

I got 1800 at a quarter. Low volume sneaky I like to ride, so didn't mention for fifteen minutes or so. Hit .30 I tossed it out. Most don't like my low volume plays (KARE) so I haven't mentioned them much lately. Some play quick, some take a little time (KARE}. I can't tell people how to play these. They aren't a good stock for "when do I buy" "when do I sell" players. You have to homework "how" to play these, much more than the stocks themselves.
