Be CAREFUL. Upside had posted a couple weeks ago that they announced a reverse split. The date of the split was not mentioned, but according to the SEC rules, the company has up to one year to do it.

Tough to tell, but I got take with AFRT. Well, only on my free shares. I actually made money before the r/s. My experiences see the stock being sold off immediately and fall back to the original $$ before the r/s.

not that I know this first hand but from what I have read a penny doing a r/s is bad news... maybe good long term but most often they are back at the same price they started at... but then again what do I know... I was going to buy into that about 3 months ago, decided not to. if you are lookng for a more sound investment I would try tfct. There is plenty of steam left in that one... good luck to you.

GWDL insiders really spent big bucks buying shares at prices much higher than the current price per share .0003 I'd say at the least we have a technical bounce coming! could hit .001+ this week!

Well, I don't know what is going on, but the secretary has accumulated over $5 million value of stock. I think this might be bonuses or the like. $5 million would be a large purchase to swallow.

Come on you guys, look when the shares were purchased! A reverse split has to be approved by a majority of the shareholders. They bought enough shares to insure they had a majority by themselves. Read their SEC filing and it says so. They come right out and admit that a vote is not necessary because we (the shareholders) don't have enough votes to overturn their decision to reverse split the stock. You might see a tiny bump up to .0006 or so before the split but believe me, your money is better spent elsewhere!

I've been trading this off and on for 2 weeks now. I just purchase another 4.1 million shares. give me an 5 MIll @ .00029 I was going to hold this long term untill I heard about the spilt. I think im going to sell my shares at .0004 and make some quick cash and get out before the split...
Anyone have any Ideas what the split will be?

AFRT/AFRR/????/???? has gone through numerous reverse splits as has GWDL. They seem to be in a race to some worthless finish line. Every time they have done their r/s their share price has dropped immediately. The same thing is about to happen again with GWDL.

Upside once delisted - hopefully that will cause a slit spark - and then we'll no for sure. Hoepfully they are not blamming the stocks poorness on the Berlin Stock Exchange, we'll figure it out as soon as they are delisted.

Well, Im not sure how many shares there were...but the insider transactions says that insiders have bought an astounding 11.5 BILLION shares this year alone.. Thats just rediculously good no matter what way you view it.

GWDL IS going to do another RS - pps down to .0002 - If you're NOT in it - why the hell would you buy it? Even BEFORE then announcement last week of the 4th or 5th RS in less than 3 years - it was only worth a daytrade - or VERY SHORT term trade.
