I'm starting this thread and I will try to post to it each day at least untill it catches on! The Idea here is to catch stocks at the lowest possible PPS and jump in before they run up! If you have any plays that you feel have worked there way as low as they can get and are ready to run, then post them here and we can follow them till they run! This doesn't require a hole lot of DD just the ability to see a stock bottom out! Read the PRs and if they look good then look at the charts and figure out what the movements of the stock are and then post what you feel the bottom is! Lets see how many 20/30/50/100% runners we can find for this thread!

Im going to start it with LSTA because it has runs between .0005 and .0025 and it is at .0007 at the moment. Who knows you may even catch a spin off with this one as they just started a new divition and there bringing up there A/S at a shareholders meeting 6/25! Read the filings and you will see what they hint at in there! The CEO also just bought 60 million shares!

Good Luck
Rick

I own shares of LSTA @ .0007

How about DCUT at .015? This stock was at .20 in early February and now bounces between .015 and .022. They are late with their 10Q and 10K and have been moved to the pinks but outside of this, there has been no bad news recently. Could jump back to the .06 level or so with some news.

Maybe they havent released their 10q for a reason though? Could be holding out for bad news? Who knows though.

Looking at DCUT's chart and a few of there PRs I would say that it has playability if its caught at its low maybe a 30% intraweek play and with some good news as with all stocks it could do even better! Looks like it hasn't decided whether to stay in its curent range or move up or down so it is moving quite a bit and this is exactly the kind of stock I'm refering to!
Thanks Rick

DRMH

Is also way down there and hasn't run up as yet. I'd like to see it level off for few days before its a traget but its so low that it may not take that break before running up! They have no bad news, but Im guessing they may come out with the "we are listed on the Berlin exchange without our authorization" PR soon! I don't know that they are but the chart is looking fishy like maybe they are! If anyone has a way to check this I'd be greatfull! I don't hold any position in this stock yet!

rick, I love this idea, but had no idea that it would be a sound practice. I have been looking at stocks on the smallcapcenter.com based solely on volume. When I see a new symbol, or a stock I don't own, (EX: MBAH), I check Barcharts for historical prices, then yahoo finance for news. I did this EOD 6/2/04. I identifiedd the following stocks:
GBLL, ADOT, IDGE, GXXL, MBAH, UCVL, PCCL, QANT, TTRIF. I put them on my watch list. and I believe each one of them had a move North. Now, not all were at their 52 week low, but MBAH, and GXXL were, and these are the two that made the most impressive gains and held for while. GXXL moved from .0013 to .0030 Thursday. I didn't play any of these because I was watching, logging, experimenting with this approach. So low PPS, (at or near the 52 week low), plus volume, plus news, appears to be produce winners. I guess the trick is, getting in, and more importantly knowing when to get out.

GFYF I got in for 0.0064 and now is at 0.0007, and went as low as 0.0006 (52 week low).

Hi Will

You have the idea, and at least ADOT was one of my picks last week and it did have a run up. I don't have time to check out the rest of your list right now, but I will sometime later today. The stocks don't have to be a 52 weeks low. What i look for is trends in charts that show 20/30/50+% moves regularly and then play what apears to be the bottoms for that stock. Some stocks move up and down 6-8 times a month and those are great little money makers! All is fair in this investment world where my brocker reminds me regularly that there are no rule in the OTCBB and PINKS!
Thanks for joining in!
Rick

SRCI / or USCI - one of these is running at 0.0001 once a day probably. Few people expressed that most of the orders don't fill at 0.0001.
Anyway very sceptical about USCI, we don't even know if they exist, and SRCI no idea what is going on (no news since name change, and I have not seen a web site also).
Volumes still high for both.

GBLL looks good at .007 20-30%
ADOT has run off of .0044 twice now!
IDGE is trending down could be risky bottom!
GXXE that was a good run will it come back?
MBAH HUGE run! I'd Wait and watch!
PCCL Watch this one! Lots of good PR could jump up! Still trending down, but its got a bottom coming!
QANT Now this one I like and with a 5-1 forward split at 3/5 of the announcment price. Its spiking nicely 60% and 40% recently .005 looks like the buy point!
TTRIF is kinda flat for me!

Keep Um coming!

IBZT.

This stock has really pissed me off since February and I don't like their CEO, but they claim they're getting off the Berlin Exchg (supposedly filed last week) and that dammm keyboard has GOT to be ready to hit the shelves soon (following the latest stall - FCC approval).

I got out a couple months ago and turned it all over to QBID which was a great play. Last Wed? it went down to like .01 and then had it's first run in a long time (up 30+% with no news) then stalled. I have my finger on the button ready to buy, but don't want my money tied up if they find a whole new way to stall.

IBZT was a pick of mine last week, only because of how fast it dropped and for no other reason! It may not be the last time its playable from the bottom.

Rick, those picks were after the market close 6/2/04. Most save TTRIF had done someting since. There might be a couple in there that I would consider playing now, but for the most part I think thay have done what they were going to do for abit.
For ex: look at ITGE on 6/9, went as low as .0010, to .0020. Can't say I would have been in and out at those points, but maybe close ??? I just like the concept for discovering stocks that might move.

How about a little controversy? UVCL. Maybe let it fall back to .008 or so first. I'll be the first to admit there is no sound reason to buy this one other than the fact that every 6 weeks or so it does one of its runs for a couple of days then falls right back down. We just had one a couple of weeks ago so the next one probably isn't due until mid to late July or so but it's something to consider.

I saw that one on 6/2 also in my volume search, I put it on watch but at .01 it is what I think is high for a quick hit. I did see it run to about .03 a couple of weks ago though. I like playing cheapies. I saw it's 52 week low at .0054.

Probably not the best recommendation on my part but it does have a history of short runs. I agree, .01 is too high. Wait a few weeks and catch it around .007/8. If history repeats itself it should see a .03 run sometime this summer.

Tomorrow I am going to look for more, I haven't done it since 6/2. I'll post them here and we can disect them.
SUNDAY- no can do from smallcapcenter.com. Looks like only the Canadian stocks are listed, and there is no date select feature to check US stocks for Thursday. Guess it will have to wait until Monday. I'll loook for another most active volume list for Thursday though.

Maybe CMKX but only at .0006 to risky to be chasing it up and maybe get caught at the top!

No rules on how many times in the same month you can play the same stock if there is a platern bottom! LSTA is a 2-3 times a month turn over!

I still like PCCL and QANT as they look like they are close to bottom now!

TSBB, closed at .006 Thursday near 52-week low, way undervalued, shot up to .01 couple weeks ago, dropped to .006, made another run to .0094 last week, now back down at .006, worth checking out.

Im gonna add AFRT to this group list becasue its back at it low after the recent run to .028 I think that with a partner like westinghouse they will be back in there with a few more PRs that will surprise the market. Nothing better than buying a stock thats been all beat up!

Today is going to be a great day to find these bottom gems. I am seeing so much red my eyes need bandaids. You might know the reason for it, no need to elaborate on that point. It's gonna be good shopping tomorrow morning. We're bound to catch one at the 52 week low, some volume, good news, and ready to pop.

From the first post on this thread by rickpic:
"Im going to start it with LSTA because it has runs between .00005 and .0025 and it is at .0007 at the moment. Who knows you may even catch a spin off with this one as they just started a new divition and there bringing up there A/S at a shareholders meeting 6/25! Read the filings and you will see what they hint at in there! The CEO also just bought 60 million shares!"
