CortDev, Inc. in Negotiations to Develop Production Facilities for European Biotech Syringe Company

Tuesday , June 08, 2004 12:40 ET

HOUSTON, Jun 8, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CortDev, Inc. (CDVJ: Pink Sheets) today is pleased to announce that it is in negotiations to develop several production facilities for a European Biotech Syringe Company ("the Company"). This Company is currently in acquisition negotiations with CDVJ's subsidiary, Coastal Holdings Inc. (CSJJ: Pink Sheets). The Company currently has the capacity to produce approximately 100M units of the retractable syringes at its Hungarian factory. However, due to anticipated high levels of global demand for its products, the Company must double the capacity at this factory and seek to construct other facilities. The Company's plans are to develop plants in other major worldwide centres in the US, Israel and Canada. CDVJ will be responsible for the construction, development and management of these production facilities. The projected gross amount of these contracts is approximately $5M.

The Company is well-positioned in the safety syringe marketplace due to the fact that it has reached the stage of having a patented, multilicenced product with a present production capability in excess of 100M units. The Company has developed a product that can go to market at a very low unit cost and can be an important niche player in this $1.6B market (2005 est., source Theta reports) with massive growth potential.

CDVJ CEO Andrea Cortellazzi stated, "These contracts will be beneficial to CortDev and will serve to diversify and expand its revenue base and profitability. This is a very positive development for all shareholders of the company. Further details of the development plans will be announced as soon as they become available."

This thing has had good news before , and crapped out. However buying in the .002's is a lot better than a most people holding this have done. I tried to buy more this morning at.002, but didn't fill. Hope it flies I'm holding at .0063, and I consider myself fortunate compared to other folks.

I see that gman, and this one owes me, but I am not going in for anymore over .002, it just can't be trusted. Go to the main thread on this one and read back a month or so, you'll know what I mean.

Oh I know will ... I haven't sold. I've been there on that thread since the PAVP thread days. I first made $1000 on a trade then bought in again @ .011 and have been averaging down since. I'm sitting at an average similar to yours. It really stinks, but I really do trust my own DD, and I'm holding not only to break even, but for major profit. Once the airport is complete this thing is over!

Is anyone impressed with that news? All I see is he's in negotiations with himself to build buildings for a syringe company he is CONSIDERING buying. (I guess I could CONSIDER buying MicroSoft). This is from a guy who lives in Montreal and couldn't even get a land survey done for the Airport people in Montreal, even after lying about it to us. And now he wants to build factories in Hungary and all over the world and an Airport in Montreal???? PLEAZZZZZZE.

I guess even POTENTIAL investors who were CONSIDERING buying CDVJ upon HUGE Airport News are all playing the same song, based on volume and the fact that no one will pay ask of a lousy .003 - The Song???

"We Won't Be Fooled Again"

If we don't get solid Airport PR, and not more FLUFF like thiese two crappy PRs that aren't worth the paper they're printed on, imo we'll see .0005 before we see .005.

Why do you say he couldn't get a land survey? What did I miss?

Love the Market ... that interpretation is pretty off. The CEO of CDVJ does not wholly run operations for both of these companies (CDVJ and CSJJ), so he is not in negotiations with himself. That sort of negative twisting from a PR should not come from a CDVJ investor. Malloy, will, and I (etc.) are no dardadog, but we are all here making money. I'm still in (and pretty hefty).

Malloy - Andrea lied to me TWICE about the survey a month ago - the SAME day he told me there would be HUGE News about St. Hubert's that weekend in NY Times, etc - I checked with M. Beaudoin and the survey Andrea told me he gave him was NEVER even done. I believe the guy with NO vested interest.

Will - EXACTLY - No big PR as he promised. And he made that statemnet to me and a dozen others that week. In fact NONE of Andrea's promises have come to fruition - and I've been stuck in this thing 3 months tomorrow.

These are SOME of the reasons most of us who have been stuck here since March or before don't trust this man. If someone was buying in NOW for the first time - in the .002's - I'm guessing they will make some good money.

GMoney - My avg. is now .0046 - so you KNOW I want to come out of this with a big profit for all this aggravation.

I'm glad the people who have held CMKX for months are making money - but I have a feeling the people buying in at .0004 - .001 are gonna be in the same boat we're in VERY quickly (Down 40-90%). That's 1 scary stock!

But it's a KILLER seeing them UP 800% + on a gazillion, bazillion trillion shares out - and we're STUCK here......And if they ever pull a QBID and hit near .028??? Ewwwwwwww - Don't even want to think about it. We're stuck in the wrong stock at the wrong time (Those of us who paid more than .01 way back). But after seeing CMKMs performance the past few days - we KNOW anything is possible. Hell, idiots are still buying GWDL at .0004 after they Announced another RS!

Just look at the B/A after that "Great" News: .0021 x .0028 - Just like after all the other PRs.

Good Luck to us - I need a nap........... Seeing this crap is no way to recover from botched surgery....

I'm not too surprised, we're awaiting that huge news about the airport. Volume is up but I think this is going to need more to bump it up. I am not impressed, but I still have confidence in my investment though and think it will see greener days.

Gman, I'm telling you this one is snakebit. I'm putting a GTC order in for .0018 tonight, and I'll be looking to sell it at .003. This thing just doesnt make sense anymore. You have to quit making excuses for it. In the last couple of months it has had GREAT newsm, a dividen, and is still under .0025. I can't believe it closed down today. It's hard to defend this stock.

Very true ... I've looked for every defense in the book. I honestly don't blame you if you dump. It's been horrible for me too. But playing techs, CDVJ does have strong support it just can't break resistance or sustain enough buying pressure to do so. Since you're leaving (and I'll have noone else's defenses to listen to on the CDVJ thread) I'll probably watch it for a little while and if there isn't any movement I'm gonna dump half my shares. I'm leaving half because ... well I dunno why but I'm gonna do it anyways. LOL

Will - do you mean you're putting in a Stop Loss at .0018? Ameritrade (who I use) doesn't allow stop losses on pennies- and I WOULDN'T do it - because they'll take it down for a split second just long enough to grab yours cheap. I'd put my GTC SELLS in at a pps that you're satisfied with - but NEVER put a stop loss on pennies.......All, imo just trying to help you out. You saw how bid dropped to .0019 for a second today......

And if you don't need the money - let it sit a little longer - We've been here since the beginning of time anyway! When I get out of this think - I'll possibly put the bulk of the cash in Ibiz if it's still this cheap or less, some in WNMI, GZFX and a few others.........

Love ... those were 3 great long picks. My advice is to trade those three for free shares. They all will eventually uptrend.

IBZT, maybe at .01, would be attractive to me.
WNMI, I just want to remind you that before the Paris Hilton thing it was trading at .003, it just might see that again. Then it's a buy for me.

The only reason I haven't sold any of my share is due to the Free shares shareholders were supposed to get. What happend to that? I haven't been following this stock that closely lately. I've been caught up in the excitement of cmkx and qbid. Can someone please help me on this situation.

Gmoney - I can research 'em and pick 'em great - but when it comes to taking profit..........Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I give myself a C-- ! On just the stocks (THIS being the ONLY exception) I've owned since last Sept - IF I had TRADED them instead of holding them - I'd be wealthy. The only ones I sold for a killing were MSEV, IDNW, and CNEX and another 1 or 2 last fall. Gave back all the other profits. This one I just bought in too high.

Will - OK - sorry about that Chief! I was lucky???? to get 250,000 more at .0021 last Friday while I was in hospital. So at .0046 avg. now (DOWN from original .0142 buy in)I'd be a little happy at .005

Heck - I wish I sold it ALL at .0045 a week or so ago (day it hit .005) and bought back in < .0024 - Oh well - Good luck to us all... It IS sickening after 3 months though - EVERY damn PR makes us see red.

Red -

We're SUPPOSED to get the April 9th free shares approx. June 20th, and the MAy 19th free shares approx. July 20th - but you can NOT sell them until April 9 and MAy 19, 2005. MAYBE we'll forget about them and they'll be a nice surprise for us next year.
