I have been noticing that this one is way down, and there seems to be good things happening according to PR's but i have not been able to get any financial info. here is the most recent PR. I will try and check with these folks and see if it is for real. Any input would be appreciated as I have no idea what I am doing.

Motion DNA to Attend Convention for Athletic Trainers; Opens Talks with Ripken Baseball

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jun 7, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Motion DNA Corp. (OTC: MOTD) is scheduled to attend the National Athletic Trainers Association annual convention June 14-18 in Baltimore. The event is expected to draw over 10,000 athletic trainers, strength coaches and physical therapists from around the country. Motion DNA plans to make the most of the convention by introducing Motion DNA's BioTrainer and diagnostic testing services to the athletic training world in mass.
The company has scheduled meetings with over three dozen head athletic trainers representing the nation's top collegiate athletic programs including the following universities: Miami, Notre Dame, Texas, Connecticut, Lousiana State, Maryland and more.

"Thousands of decision makers from colleges and universities around the world will be present at the NATA event," said Motion DNA President Zig Ziegler. "This is the biggest event we will attend this year. We were excited with the results of the last convention, we expect to blow away those results."

Motion DNA expects to finalize agreements with the top 10 collegiate programs on its target list, while placing an additional 24 schools on a schedule for deployment later in 2004. The list is expected to grow to 100 collegiate programs by the end of the 2004 fiscal year.

Motion DNA's board of advisors recommended the company attend the NATA's marquee event and secure enough space at the NATA convention to accurately display the company's products and services.

Ziegler and Jason Bodine, vice president of technology for Motion DNA, plan to attend the event along with sales and marketing reps, service technicians and sports participants to assist in demonstrating the company's products.

While in the Baltimore area, Ziegler plans to meet with representatives from the Cal Ripken Baseball League. Ripken, a future Hall of Fame inductee and major league baseball great, operates a youth baseball league with thousands of participants around the country.

The Ripken facility, located in Aberdeen, Md., consists of multiple youth fields and the corporate offices of Ripken baseball. The Aberdeen facility hosted the 2003 Ripken Baseball World Series, played live on ESPN. Motion DNA expects to be able to complete a deal, offering its services in the Baltimore area through Ripken Baseball.

"Last fall we participated in a scouting combine with Ripken Baseball, testing over 150 major league baseball prospects on behalf of the Ripken," said Ziegler. "We expect to demonstrate our new BioTrainer and establish a long-term relationship with Ripken Baseball."

Motion DNA Corp. provides diagnostic testing for medical professionals and sports organizations. The company's software and hardware systems have been used globally by some of the world's leading health care practitioners, biomechanical research institutions and professional sports agencies. Motion DNA's biomechanical analyses and detailed reports provide its customers and consumers with solutions for preventing injuries, identifying physical limitations, diagnosing pre-existing injuries related to biomechanics, and improving physical performance levels.

Anyone? I have been trying to check out their pr's and things don't look too good - I couldn't find Physicians On-Call who they have a deal with, could't find the Professional Golf Develotmental tour (lots of dev. tours but none with that name and couldnt find the National Health Club convention in Las Vegas, there is however a national athletic trainers association meeting in Baltimore next week so that much is true and i am waiting to hear back from the coordinator as to the presence of MOTD. And the "big man" president is Zig Ziegler not THE Zig Ziglar I thought they meant. Anyway, I am just learning here and this seemed like a great company but there is no financial data, no one seems to want to give you any information, and these PR's don't seem to lend much support either. I would love to hear anyone else's experience.

Aside from some typos this company puts out some great PR's but still no numbers. I did verify that they did have an impressive booth set up at the show mentioned below.

Athletic Trainers from Around the Globe Amazed by Motion DNA Testing at Annual NATA Convention

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jun 21, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Over 10,000 athletic trainers from collegiate and professional athletic programs were introduced to the power of Motion DNA Corporation (OTC:MOTD) and its analysis programs at the annual National Athletic Trainer's Association (NATA) Convention in Baltimore last week. According to company representatives in attendance, the NATA convention which included over 500 exhibitors, Motion DNA's booth was the most advanced technology available for participants.
"Motion DNA gave today's athletic trainers a glimpse at what sports medicine is expected to look like in the future," said Bobby Thompson, member of Motion DNA's Board of Advisors. Thompson, a former NFL player, was forced to end his career after injuries limited his playing days with the Oakland Raiders. "I joined the Motion DNA team because trainers could have used Motion DNA to help extend my playing career," said Thompson. "My injuries could have been prevented, had they been able to identify what repetitive motion was contributing to them."

Athletic trainers visiting the Motion DNA booth appeared amazed at the accuracy of the technology, viewing and receiving simple analyses being conducted on the spot. Demonstrating the power of its technology, Motion DNA identified the existence of and reasons for physical limitations in the participants. Motion DNA technicians spent their days analyzing posture during individual golf swings; measuring step and posture during walking and running; and identifying potential injuries during strength training exercises and daily activities. Motion DNA technicians also provided examples analyses of individual joint coordination and range of motion testing.

"Motion DNA quickly identified traits in my running that contribute to some pain I have been feeling in my hip," said Terri Hudson of the National Center for Sports Safety. Hudson received an analysis of two, 20 second runs on a treadmill.

"In our opinions, Motion DNA would have to be considered one of the highlights of the convention," said Motion DNA Motion DNA President, Zig Ziegler. "Every athletic trainer we spoke to at the convention agreed that 'they need access to Motion DNA's technology to improve the potential for complete return from injuries' for their athletes."

The convention, as expected allowed Motion DNA to demonstrate its analysis to the programs atop its list of potential customers. Receiving demonstrations of the power and requesting proposals included decision makers from the universities of Connecticut, Alabama, Miami, Mississippi, Arkansas, BYU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Texas, and Auburn, to name a few. Representatives from professional teams in football, basketball, and baseball also expressed interest in the Motion DNA products and services.

"Our goal was to leave the convention closer to our goal of 10 collegiate programs a utilizing our motion analysis services and 100 programs interested in acquiring our BioTrainer for day to day use," said Ziegler. "We surpassed those goals and received some unexpected interest from other companies in the industries."

Motion DNA expects to make several announcements over the next 30 days regarding strategic alliances and new customers as a result of this convention. "We were approached by several major suppliers of athletic training and medical device companies interested in adding our technology as a compliment to their products," said Ziegler. "We are currently exchanging the proper legal documents, to keep protect the interests of the parties involved. Once that is complete, we expect to identify those potential relationships."

This week, Ziegler and his team of developers return to work on the company's flagship product, the BioTrainer. Ziegler will make trips to Portland and Eugene, Oregon and Seattle, Washington for presentation with professional and collegiate programs in those cities. While in the area, Ziegler has meetings scheduled with the Seattle Seahawks, University of Washington, University of Oregon, and Portland Trailblazers. Ziegler also expects a brief meeting to introduce the technology to officials from Nike and Adidas corporations. The company believes the major shoe and apparel manufacturers would be ideal strategic partners at this time for the company.
