Technicals are reflecting a double bottom in play on LSTA targeting initally .0015 then .0020, good hunting.

You'll see at www.nasdaq.com filings a PRE14A announcing the shareholders meeting in July. One of the "Voting matters" is increasing the A/S to 10B. THEN after that you'll see a 4 announcing CEO Ray Hawkins bought 60MILLION at .0017!!!
He obviously believes......

Go to www.nasdaq.com and type in the stock ticker symbol. Then on the left side look up filings. It should be right at the top.
