AdZone Research Signs Agreement with Major U.S. Federal Government Entity Calling for the Supply of Data from Its NetGet Internet Surveillance Technology
Tuesday May 25, 12:24 pm ET

CALVERTON, N.Y., May 25, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTC BB:ADZR.OB - News), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider, today announced that it has signed an agreement with a major U. S. federal government entity calling for the supply of data from its NetGet(tm) (patent protected) Internet surveillance technology.

``This is precisely what we've been waiting for,'' said Charles A. Cardona III, AdZone's President & CEO. ``Although at this point in time we're strictly precluded from identifying the entity, or discussing the precise terms of this agreement, this development confirms, less than two months from our anticipated announcement timeline, what was predicted in our news announcements of both December 18, 2003 and April 29, 2004.

``Moreover,'' said the CEO, ``the added importance is that this agreement is directly with the federal government, and not through any intermediary, such as a major defense contractor. While we will, of course, continue to pursue opportunities arising from such important and valuable partnerships, we will now be able to do so with the validation that comes from our technology having now been recognized by the ultimate customer of so much of their collective technologies and provider of their revenues - the United States government, and its representative agencies and entities.

``Once we realized the contract that a prime defense contractor had indicated would be in-hand by the end of March was not going to be available in its stated timeframe, we immediately initiated other alternatives,'' Cardona continued.

``This included launching the Geo-Specific Threat Intelligence Report (Ge-S.T.I.R.), created by Dan Wasserman, our Executive Vice President and Managing Director of our Homeland Defense Group in Washington. Armed with this stand-alone product, that graphically demonstrated the data captured throughout 2003 and the first quarter of 2004 by our NetGet(tm) technology, we made our case.

``Through the unflagging help and guidance of USAF (ret.) Major General Paul Weaver, the newest member of our Advisory Board, we were able to introduce our full suite of capabilities to the 'right' people. Once these opinion leaders saw how precise our data was, they became instrumental in assuring we achieved today's milestone,'' Cardona said.

``The only reason we are even able to speak about this highly sensitive agreement at this time is that it is a material event requiring SEC disclosure in the broadest sense,'' Cardona concluded, adding, ``Nevertheless, it's a great day for AdZone and its shareholders, so many of whom have maintained their investment in the company in these often trying times. The future belongs as much to them as to AdZone, because they are, after all, partners in the company and its promising future, which just became a lot more evident today.''

I've been in and out of ADZR a couple times and made good cash on it, right now I am sitting on 15k "free shares" (in at .30 but ya know, still well into "free" country on this stock).

This is just the beginning of HUGE things for ADZR. They are in a wonderful marketspace. Their biggest drawback is that their clients are, by nature very secretive about what you can say about them, what they do, where they are, what they spent and the like.
