I agree completely , and I do think there is some inside trading going on with the volume as high as it's been since I hav been watching this one. I just wish I had bought more than I did!!! Darn it!

I just wish I had funds to even buy into MLSC when we were watching it at 0.155 (still shareless)
I was so confident in MLSC and am still very confident in them. And here we are approaching a 100% increase from those levels. I still see this thing hitting .50 when they receive the IND FDA approval, that wil be HUGE news.

Thank you for asking!
He is doing very well right now, and has remained out of the hospital for almost 2 years now. They have him on many new treatments to this date including a by-daily antibiotic which is unusual, but has made a huge impact in keeping him out of the hospital without and pneumonia free .

I also put a call into Medical discoveries, and I am waiting for Judy Robinet CEO to return my call. I will update when I hear more.

Once again I do appreciate you asking!!

God Bless!

This company is looking better everyday

Medical Discoveries Further Reduces Secured Debt From Balance Sheet
2004 Restructuring Plan on Track

TWIN FALLS, Idaho, June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The management team
at Medical Discoveries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MLSC) announced today that,
as a result of a negotiated transaction, the company was able to eliminate
approximately $220,000 of secured debt from its balance sheet. The
transaction in effect converted a secured promissory note in the original
principal amount of $195,000, plus accrued interest, to common stock.
"This is the latest in a series of successful efforts to reduce the
liabilities on the balance sheet," said President & Chief Executive Officer
Judy M. Robinett. "We have now eliminated over $960,000 in debt and
liabilities from our balance sheet this year. Each time that we have
converted debt to equity, it has been on successively higher conversion rates
as our stock price continues to trend upward. As we announced in our Goals
for 2004 on January 14th, we will continue to reduce the debt on our balance
sheet, streamline our capital structure, and advance MDI-P through preclinical
development toward an IND."

Formed in 1991, Medical Discoveries, Inc. is a publicly traded
(OTC Bulletin Board: MLSC) development-stage biopharmaceutical research
company (as defined in SFAS No. 7) engaged in the research, development and
validation of its patented anti-infective technology. MDI's electrolyzed
solution of free radicals represents a novel approach to treating its initial
target indication, HIV.

Information in this press release relating to the potential of MDI
constitutes forward-looking statements. Actual results in future periods may
differ materially from the forward-looking statements because of a number of
risks and uncertainties as set forth in MDI's 2003 Annual Report on Form
10-KSB and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

wow...they must have some serious backing. Not only do they have enough to run all these clinical trials/studies, but they have enough to cancel out debts. These finances will most definitely help when they start clinical trials on IND at the beginning of next year.

Investigational New Drug Application for Q1 2005 Clinical Trials
TWIN FALLS, Idaho, Dec 1, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Medical Discoveries, Inc. (MLSC) announced today that it has filed an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the FDA for a Phase I clinical trial of the company's proprietary drug MDI-P in late-term cystic fibrosis (CF) adults.

MDI-P will be tested as an adjunct therapy to inhaled Tobramycin (TOBI)*, an antibiotic used to treat infections caused by many different bacteria. Most late-term adult CF patients are dependent upon this inhaled form of Tobramycin, manufactured by Chiron Corporation.

Dr. Henry R. Thompson, Director of the CF Program Therapeutics Center at the Idaho Cystic Fibrosis Clinic, located at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Boise, will serve as Project Manager and Principal Investigator for MDI's Phase I trials.

Judy Robinett, President & Chief Executive Officer of MDI, stated: "This IND represents the accomplishment of a key objective for 2004 which we listed in January of this year and refined last August. We hope to have prompt FDA approval so that this clinical study can commence in Q1 of 2005. Its duration should be approximately six months."

Robinett continued: "MDI has been pursuing commercialization of MDI-P through a strategy of developing clinical studies in CF, followed by HIV and, later in 2005, asthma. Once we have approval for our CF IND, we hope to follow with an IND for HIV."
