Read their filings...from your number you got from the transfer agent, subtract out the 10k number, and you will see that they have issued more than 40 million shares this year..

that 10k was filed in 03 the are authorized 800million. the 10k was not finalized until 04 so i think 40million is not a lot.. i mean look they could have issued a whole lot more and make even more money.. so i think they and the investors in mind if you ask me

Its my opinion prizewise doesnt have to be the next eBay. Its not how much you sell, its about how much you keep.

From the Feb 2nd PR: http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/040202/51835.html
-------
Steve Rinehart, originator of the PrizeWise system and president of the 21st Century subsidiary stated, ``This concept is truly exciting. Even if we penetrate only 1 percent on of the internet auction market, we will produce revenue of $200 million dollars per year. The launch will be accompanied by an aggressive advertising campaign to let the people know. We believe that they will love PrizeWise.''
--------
Prizewise keeps 17%.

For the record, I dont mind Rogers opinions, Some do make sense.

Neither do I. There is a difference between bashing and pointing out the negative aspects of a stock. He is stating facts that everyone who is invested in this or is considering an investment in it should be aware of. I know that before I invest my money, I like to know the whole story of a company, not just the positive spin.

I honestly dont try to sound as negative as I sometimes come off. But yes I realize that sometimes my posts lean a tad negative. I like doing research on companies and seeing if they are for real. This one looks pretty good, diversified into 10 different subsidiaries, although at least one had no operations in 2003 from skimming the 10K. However, they DID say that they have enough money coming in for OPERATING COSTS so at least they should be looking to invest any additional capital they raise through stock issuances. Looking at BOOK VALUE, which unfortunately doesnt mean as much on OTC exchanges, the pps should be $ 13,489,476 which is their assets(priced at fair value, some sort of devlopment company valuation accounting method) divided by their O/S now at 495,000,000 which would be

13,489,476/495,000,000 = .027 book value.

However I can easily see them trading at a premium with a concept such as prizewise in the development stages. Id say 4 times book value due to speculation would not be unreasonable putting the price at .108. HOWEVER, some people began putting future targets of multiple dollars on here, quoting ebay, and other obscene things. I dont see the pps hitting $1.00, but speculation COULD drive the price up around .25 if people smell PROFITS from prizewise. Im not convinced its a profitable business model, but hey, I dont know all its intricacies. At a quarter the market cap would be 125,000,000, which is about as high as I see this going without recording some very substantial numbers from one of its subsidiaries. But yes, speculation is a powerful force that no financial number or piece of technical analysis can stop.

This is a stock much like GZFX in that the company is trying to steal market share from a flat out better company. If they can steal enough, it could really be a big hit resulting in a large increase in speculation, thus driving the pps to levels that no financial information can explain. Good luck to everyone who is in for the long run, and everyone looking to make a few dollars in the short term. Speculation is on your side.

Roger, I see what you are saying i myself do not see a dollar anytime soon, but i myself believe i will see .10 to .15 in the near future and maybe .25-.30 in about 2 to 3 months if they keep going the way they are.. that is just my opinion

Did you go on prizewise.com and check out the two commercials they will be airing?
They are real catchy. This thing is going to be huge! I bought 15 tickets last week and keep checking every night to see how many more need to be sold for the raffle. It's exciting!

Yes I have seen the commercials and I think they are excellent. TONS of name/link repetition is key. They could have made a cutesie commercial with a joke or a funny event, but instead they went for the best advertising on tv, name repetition. They will definitely get the most bang for their buck with those commercials.

Tuffy, read a book or two, maybe you will learn to speak a bit better english. And the caps button could go off too buddy. I screamed dilution on the QBID board? No, actually, I screamed R/S because it would legitimize them as a company and bring in advertising revenue, but I guess Frank doesnt want that... Now on to TFCT.

Im not SCREAMING dilution, Someone said they had found out the O/S from Troy and I was wondering what it was...perhaps Tuffy the Trader doesnt care that they are dumping tens of millions of shares a quarter. But if my money was in the stock, I bet I would like to know!! Now, on to the paid basher point...cmon dude. There is no such thing as a paid basher. If someone would pay me to post on internet message boards...Id be all over that. But the pure and simple fact is, THEY DONT EXIST! Message me on AIM! Im an 18 year old kid, its not hard to prove. I will even give you my school email address, and you will see that it is my real name, and that I attend Indiana University at Bloomington.

Man, people just really want to believe that the evil MM shorters are after them dont they. Truth is, the MM are THERE to short stocks and make a two sided market. Its UNHEALTHY for a stock to run thousands and thousands of percent. But you probably know that because you know so much about trading Tuffy. Id put money on me having a far firmer grasp on the market and how it works than you ever will. Paid basher? Ha.

Ive got a dentist's appointment this morning so Im gonna miss my most volatile time of the day on the bigs And by the way Tuffy, would someone who supposedly works for the "MM shorters" post something like I did below? I think this is a GOOD company and have reiterated that several times. In fact you will see me place a valuation of .108, 4 times book value, on a speculative run. But I guess you missed that?

i was reading on another bb and someone pointed out that program designers and insiders could probably do very well by rigging drawings. how can the public be assured that this doesnt happen. it would be nice if everyone was honest and nobody had to worry about ethics but ive seen shows that tell how people in casinos that know the "RNG(Random Number Generator)Code" can cheat very easily. Anyone on the inside would be very tempted to use their knowledge or build ways into the program that would allow them to win a half million dollar house for a buck.
It would be sweet if the world was perfect and nobody had to worry about stuff like that but could that kind of temptation really be avoided?
Im not bashing because i love the idea of the site and 21st century, ive got 12,000 shares and plan on holding until it makes or breaks. Just concerened on how public confidence will play a roll.

I suppose anything's possible but I can't see anything like that happening. As far as public confidence goes, at least pertaining to this matter, I would call it a non-issue.
I don't believe that most people think that way. If something arises or there is a hint of insider rigging though, it would be devastating to the company and all of it's shareholders. It would probably mean the end of them.

I'm not all that optimistic about next week simply because I believe in the old adage, "Buy the rumor, sell the news". When the ads finally hit, I think we might see a bit of a drop because then the anticipation will be over. People will be thinking, "now what"? However, the other side of the coin is that this has happened pretty quick so I guess there's a chance of a rise when they release them and prove they're for real.

OK people. This sat for quite a while in the .035 range (6 mos). There are a lot of people (400,000,000 worth) that bought in that range. Most like myself are either getting free shares or taking their 100%. I think this is great that we haven't droped at all this week.By the way and correct me if I am wrong, there are less than 200 million "common stock" shares the rest are restricted or insider shares. I have not been on the site for about a week until tonight and I was shocked at how many Items tickets were 50% or less bought up. I am on 65,000 free shares and am not letting them go til this run is over (20+ cents). I do believe with hype that this can go to a dollar. I just hope it does it next week while I am on vacation so I can't sell early!!!!

Good luck!!!

Greg

I was wondering about that too, but then it hit me.... A single PR about going live and a group of investors is not going to make this thing fly overnight... it's not going to generate a huge amount of web traffic... and it's not going to fill the raffles.... but... when they start the national ad campaign and air those tv commercials, we'll see a HUGE influx of web traffic, and consequently, raffles filling up... people will sign on (and sign up) in droves.... that's when we'll see this thing fly... and I don't think it'll happen 30 seconds after the first commercial airs.. they'll have to be seen several times before the average person remembers to go to the site.... remember, people don't immediately sit and surf when they see a commercial, they'll try to remember for later... JMHO though... and if i'm wrong, it just means we go up faster... either way it's a win-win...

They got less than .02 per share for all those 235 million shares. Think the equity investors will take their quadruple and run from a development stage company? I guess we will see.

Interesting looking chart Cash. Low volume the next week or so will confirm a head and shoulders top pattern. When the big volume comes back in it will see another spike.

Finally got around to registering at prizeWise and bought 30 tickets. Put 5 here and 5 there, on dvd's , a powerbook, a hard drive, an ipod, and presto they were gone before I knew it. Easiest money ever spent.
Just from the painlessness with which I dropped $30 there in piecemeal fashion, I think this is gonna be a winner. I'd watch a bid on Ebay for 2 days to ride an auction and try not to overspend, sometimes worried over much less than $30. But at prizeWise, you get a feeling much like a penny stock portfolio (for some). "Invest" at undervalued levels ($5 for an ipod?), walk away and hope to return next month to see a winner somewhere in the pack. People come back to their penny plays, and I think they'll come back to prizeWise in the same state of mind. Just my opinion, but the right half of my brain "knows" I probably ain't seeing that $30 in value again, most likely, but the left side says "who cares, it's fun and you might hit one." Guess which side is winning, lol.

Bailystock,

I know exactly what you mean...I dropped $45 on there in no time flat... Once the tv commercials start, you'll see many people doing the same thing... some will be one-time-onlys that sign up and play, then forget about it.. others will be hooked.. we only need a small percentage of hooked players... they'll keep it going and spread it by word of mouth... Just one more thing - THAT IPOD IS MINE! LMAO...

We'll see about the iPod! Lol!

Luckily there's like 10 of them on there already.
Like I wrote to Steve Rinehart (sp?) after I had minor trouble signing up (I know I should've written to customer service but I just clicked the first link I could find) , the site is addictive and I can see how people will get hooked easily, even coming up with strategies and odds for getting the items they want cheaply. The "odds of winning" generator built in to every single raffle is ingenious, and sure to appeal to the gambler in all of us.
BTW, Steve emailed me right back, (twice!) after investigating my sign-up issue personally and even offered their number for me to call him if I couldn't log in. Very nice fellow, seems to be doing a hell of a job.

Now if you'll excuse me, my odds-of-winning generator is telling me I have to drop exactly 3 more tickets on that iPod to elbow out Pharm!
Peace.
